I paid them the said I have not paid them ....stammen scraps side

I toldthem I want to cancel my subscription I have cancel it and then they send me a bill of $15 after I sent it to the company they have sent me the name and then I tell them I have paid my subscription to the site they have provide me for and then they tell me it was a wrong iban bank account .I need to send it to them the money directly so they have cheat me and they have told me I need to ask them the money back that company and then to deposit it on their bank so they are very scam people
