Ruined my jewelry and did not bother to fix order
Ruined my jewelry when i sold gold to them without explaining they would dig into my gold and create marks for their gold tests. I have done acid on gold before, and it is not necessary to rip the jewelry apart to do such thing. One could drop the acid on the jewelry and look for bubles and know what is needed. Also on their wesite they fail to explain that one ruin gold jewelry by selling to them... modern pirates is what this store is like. Also i ordered a ring from them and they did not inform me that the ring was sold out, nor did they offer to make an other request to buy the ring in different size. All in all, dont waste money going to Thune and make sure if you sell gold to them that they do not dig holes in the jewelry before 14 days has gone... in my case they did it before and this was so bad since the gold ring i sold to buy new TiSento ring i really liked could not be ordered in correct size and the customer service did not bother to help me at all.... I actually wrote a complain about this store to their office but no economic compensation was offered... nono... they take and grab on to their gold and money as greedy vultures... modern pirates they are... so disappointed... my ring worth 3000+ was totally ruined.
