Allan was a great aid to my step dad Graham when he began to need physical assistance due to the speedy progression of Motor Neurone Disease. He would accompany him to appointments as well as assisting with day to day personal care. Always happy to discuss the next steps and a massive support when Graham was hospitalised or his condition deteriorated.
My brother in law was very reluctant to accept carers being a very private and quiet gentleman. Thankfully he was introduced to Alan at Thurlows Healthcare. Alan took time to get to know his patient and planned his care to suit his individual and ever changing needs. Very knowledgeable and professional, Alan liaised regularly with the family and made himself available when we needed to communicate with him.
