Unfortunately after receiving really good service during quotes, installation and initial aftercare, 18 months later their customer service and aftercare is appalling.
We need an alarm reset and engineer visit but no one replies to my messages and they have left us stranded with an alarm that we can't use.
I've had to find another local company.

Reliable, helpful and efficient. All of the staff that I have encountered have been 10/10, they helped me to get the best product for me and my budget. Unlike other companies I didn’t feel that they were just out to sell me their most expensive product but that they actually gave me the best product for what I wanted. Would 100% recommend.
