It's tricky ordering online so I called the company to see what options I would have if the chain was not what i wanted. A very friendly and helpful person advised that an exchange wasn't a problem so I went ahead and ordered the product online. It came really quickly and I was very pleased with the chain. The titanium chain that I purchased is really well made and feels really good to the touch. Sure it's a hight tech material and not a precious ketal but it still exudes a unique look.

I ordered a ring in a custom colour, and the staff at Ti2 were really helpful when I emailed them to ask about my options. I love all the items that I have ordered from this company over the last year or so. They are beautifully made and the colours are wonderful. And they don't irritate my skin, so they are a real pleasure to wear!
