On receiving a hospital bed to further my recovery from a prolonged stay in hospital,I looked into the possibility of getting a fitted sheet to fit the air flow mattress,I came across your website and found said item,I proceeded to order the items, ordering was simple and quick and items arrived within the time scale given,item is now on the bed and far more comfortable than a normal sheet with no folds or creases

Engineer was punctual and very helpful. Went through the instructions on how to put scooter together and use it. Very informative and friendly too.

I needed a "hospital" bed as soon as possible to enable my husband's hospital discharge. Tiacare showed understanding and a real desire to help achieve what I needed and they succeeded in this.
The cost of the bed and installation was competitive and the quality of service from Tiacare was excellent.

Bed exchange - done quickly and professionally
I’d ordered a Hospital bed from their online store and based my purchase a lot on the image/photo shown in their webpage. But once assembled I realised the bed was not low enough for my Mum. Tiacare we very understanding, quick to respond to me and agrees to carry out an exchange for the “low” version of same bed. So glad they arranged this swap with no hassle. Thanks.

Be careful if you want to return an…
Be careful if you want to return an item, it has cost me £49.10, (this was deducted off my refund) this is apparently a restocking fee! on top of this it cost me £27 to return the item. The box has never been opened so I do feel that this is extremely unfair. Please don't miss the small print, I will never order from here again! Other similar companies do not operate like this.

We also included a direct link to our full returns policy, which explains that this fee covers the manufacturer’s decontamination and inspection required before equipment can be safely returned to stock.
