challenges with bill and customer support
I have problems with the amount of kWh, tibber charged after a meter change. Customer support does not respond helpfully, this is frustrating. Additionally the tibber bill is not great. In the actual month it is absolutely transparent what your consumption is. For the past the display and bill is not optimal.

I wait since months now to get beside my modul 1 which I can get in my own from
My local Stuttgart Netze if my Modul 3 which I have requested now in 3 documents and nearly 8 cases with support with no solution at all. That cost me , as it is only useable in Q4 and Q1 at Stuttgart Netze a few hundred Euro as I am still not able to load during low pricing from 1-4 am my battery and use i in high pricing during the day or charge my car during that time. That’s a must to work as only available in Q4 and Q1 which means this year half is done. Stuttgart Netze is ready since months to get that request but nothing happens from Tibber. I would recommend not spent to much time other unnecessary app features and prio that app function or process. I think about to change to others actually . I also request a compensation if lost reduced options to use that Modul 3 now in Q4 and surely Q1 also of something’s between 200-250€.

The first steps to install the pulse were awfull. The problems were hart to find and partly unnessecery (e.g. the wlan passwort length restriction)
Since it works I like the system.
Maybe an improvment would be to have better statistical information, like mean consumption per periode, or how well high price times are avoided.
Good Funktions
Everything is ok. The functions are very good. Smart charging is by far the most important for me and works without problems. More vehicles could be added, e.g. Hyundai. Unfortunately, the price savings are no longer as high as they used to be, as the big providers are following suit.
