Great Transparency

The costs for electricity and fees are very transparent. It is possible to track consumption during the current month and the bill is issued very promptly abd contains detailed information on the average price for the respective month.

Tibber is a top example how the energy…

Tibber is a top example how the energy change can be implemented and supported by end consumers, especially with saving money instead of paying more. They are very transparent regarding pricing and they invest early to support technologies like bi-directional loading/grid rewards which may become a cornerstone on the path to a greener energy landscape.

Nice, innovative company

This company is right because it has a lot of innovation and it’s also a nice app and you can see. It’s very clear in the app so that’s very nice. A few things that I think can be better as my car is not really in the system so when I plug it in, I have to put our present how much my battery is full so that’s not working yeah 100% good so sometimes when I forget, my car is not completely full so that’s a little bit of mistake maybe but for the rest it’s a nice complete there’s one thing that I’m not sure because they are asking money now for your solar panel. I think that’s a little bit strange because it was first north and now they are doing that. Yes a little bit I think for the rest I am

very transparent, customer oriented communication; efficient workflow

Electricity provider with very transparent and customer oriented communication, even if provided via AI bot - appropriate and sufficient AI information in most cases, button for easy contact to / call back by human service if required (which also did work well).
Tibber seems to have well established , workflow oriented processes working efficiently. If something didn't / doesn't work properly the root case was / is always an issue with our previous local electricity provider ("Stadtwerke" - would rate them with negative stars), who does still operate the power network, thus needs to provide consumption data to Tibber.
