Hi Tracy, we emailed you to apologise and advise that we will send a replacement out straight away, which we have done. On that basis our service should be considered excellent and not bad? We rely on DPD and sometimes it does go wrong. Deliveries are totally out of our control, perhaps you can leave this sort of feedback on their review site instead of ours?
Poor packaging for delivery. Items damaged.
I like their logo roll, washing tabs and laundry detergent sheets. What I don't like is the way any extra items are packaged. They are just thrown in a plastic bag and they were smashed up on arrival. Not happy.

Hi Susan, we don't throw them in a bag, we place them in the bag which is 100% recycled from waste and is 100% waterproof. Smashed up on arrival of course is not acceptable and I am really very sorry that this happened, but please reach out to us to address this in the first place to iron out things for you. We can't control the courier but we can help solve the problem, please let us know if anything was damaged or needs replacing.

First time purchasing, package delivered open and very bashed and no instructions as to how to use the product, I did however turn to you tube but thought first impressions not great

Hi Michelle, full instructions are on the website in the product description and I can only apologise that the box was bashed up, it left us in perfect order and something obviously happened on the very long trip from Cornwall to you with the courier.
Never thought I would be reviewing…
Never thought I would be reviewing toilet paper but here goes! I never have to load my trolley any more with huge packs of toilet rolls that seem to run out within a week. Tiboo rolls are deleivered to my door every five months! They are BIG and last longer than supermarket rolls, the paper is soft but also strong. The packs of four (not wastefully individually wrapped) and are easily stored neatly on top of a cupboard.

Great Bog Roll!
Having tried a few other bamboo toilet rolls, this one is considerably better, both softer and longer.

Toilet rolls were ok, tissues I would not recommend
Toilet rolls were ok, not very big but pretty. However the tissues really are not fit for purpose. Tiny 7” size and so thin. Definitely not good value for money. To be honest I’d rather pay more for a slightly thicker larger tissue. Completely useless if like me you need them to blow your nose when you have a cold. One tissue is inadequate to blow your nose. I had to use three or four at a time.

The facial tissue size is advertised in advance.
Silky in an odd way
I find the feel of the sugarcane tissue gives me the heebyjeebees - it’s sort of silky in an odd way - but others in my household like this and think it’s thicker than a competitor also.
