I ordered the dukes of hazzard bedding set for my son. It came with 2 pillow cases and some sort of case that was supposed to be the comforter, it was a empty shell with a zipper all the way around. No comforter, and it was almost $80. I contacted them immediately only to be told since the product description was accurate no refund would be issued.
Almost 3 months and I have not received a shirt I ordered. Lots of excuses but no shipping updates. Never again!!! I should have known better.

I ordered a tank top and leggings and immediately after I placed the order I emailed customer service to try and rectify the issue. I did not receive an email back for two weeks! I was told it was too late to change the order and their apologies. No offer of a return or anything! I emailed back asking to return. Still no response. BUYER BEWARE!!!! It’s not worth it, go on Etsy!!
I ordered the RHPS cushion cover. It took over a month to get here, with no tracking or confirmation given, although the took the money immediately out of my account. It came today and because I love the RHPS, I'll keep it. Dozens of sequins are missing. It's supposed to have a red suede back and it has a crappy, white, satin back. The craftsmanship is shotty at best. Thank you for this, but I'll never order again.
For Christmas 2018, my wife bought me a "Battlestar Galactica" duvet set from ticalm.com. Sadly, the picture was upside down - effectively putting the duvet cover zip at our necks! My wife and I emailed, requesting replacement instructions, on 31 Dec 2018, 9 Jan 2019 and 30 Jan 2019. Only when I used the site's Message Form on 8 Feb 2019 did we finally receive this reply on 11 Feb 2019:
"Hello
We're so sorry for reply you late
We can say that this is not a fault of our product, all our bedding set is produced with zip like that
We only can resend for you if we have a fault of the print, but as your picture you sent us, we don't have any mistake about quality.
Please understand for us
Thank you so much"
