My account was not being recognized by the platform. The problem was resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

Love their products, platform, and teachings, anyone that says otherwise doesn't make an effort to learn or actually try.

Support did their best to resolve the issues with the software update.

Mr. William was on time, patient and remain professional the entire time. He solved the problem I was having with order pad, order-flow-Pack with no time. He downloaded the updated software needed and the problem goes away. I am so much grateful for his service, kindness and patience to get job done. Tickblaze customer service personnel are the best in my own opinion. They are quick to respond, take customer concern at heart while working in the background to solve real issue traders face on a daily basis.

I have been using Tickblaze for approximately five months. Initially, I was optimistic about its functionality, particularly the potential integration between algorithmic and discretionary trading. I also invested a significant amount of time and money into building tools within the platform to enhance my trading confluence.
However, my overall experience has been disappointing.
While development appears to be ongoing, the platform struggles with performance. Handling tick data is noticeably slow, and loading charts—especially instruments like NQ—takes significantly longer compared to other trading platforms.
Frequent software updates are another concern. Although updates are released regularly, they often introduce new bugs. These issues typically take several days to resolve, which disrupts trading continuity. The most problematic component is the trade copier, which seems to be the last feature to be fixed after updates. I have repeatedly experienced inconsistencies, including trades being executed that are not visible on the parent account. In some cases, the copier shows no activity, yet logs indicate unfilled or pending orders.
This is particularly concerning given that the trade copier is heavily promoted—especially through joint events with Propshoptrader—as a reliable solution for managing multiple accounts. Based on my experience, it is more likely to cause frustration. There have been instances where I believed all accounts were flattened and orders cancelled, only to later discover unexpected positions had been opened.
Due to these issues, I have decided to move to another platform. My recommendation is to consider more established alternatives with a longer track record of stability and reliability.

Balance are very importance for trades! I made those profit trade by trade, very demanding and stressful! You should BE CAREFUL when remove those trades RATHER THAN MADE IT WRONG!

I am new to Tickblaze software and often need help getting my charts set up the way I need them. Ben Richter has been excellent at handling all my software needs and getting me set up quickly. Tickblaze and Ben Richter in particular are great to have for my Tech Support. Dr. Randy Borresen

I did like good communications during change from Rithmic to TB OMS. I did not like that many off my programs did not migrate or had to wait another day for a fix and still several I use from the community do not transfer and require another update in the future. I do like the new OMS vs Rithmic, faster to load and all in in one place . I was a early adopter of TB and had to but ETP trade copier only to find out it does not work with new OMS and being force to buy TB copier ( not really fair) Customer service from Ben was good and timely.. I only really lost one day of trading in transition.

Attending Tickblaze’s extended Futures/FX Prop Mastermind has been one of the most valuable investments I’ve made in my development as a trader. I’ve participated in countless programs over the years, but nothing has matched the clarity, structure, and professional rigor of this event.
What sets this Mastermind apart is its institutional-level framework for preparing, planning, and executing trades. The program doesn’t rely on vague concepts or motivational fluff—it delivers a complete, repeatable process grounded in high‑timeframe structure, liquidity, ATR‑based risk management, and disciplined trade planning.
From the very first session, it became clear that this is a serious curriculum designed for traders who want to operate with precision. For example, the Mastermind emphasizes that “we only use HTFs for decisions (NEVER MAKE A TRADE BASED ON LTF AOIs)” and builds everything around Weekly, Daily, and 4H structure. That single principle alone eliminates a tremendous amount of noise and emotional decision‑making.
The level‑prep methodology is equally powerful. The instructors teach you to map levels at the close of each session, understand liquidity sweeps, and anticipate where price is likely to travel next. The document notes that “the beauty in this type of business is we can pre‑plan everything… our business model is always identified and mapped out.” That mindset shift—planning instead of reacting—has been transformative for me.
The Mastermind also provides a complete blueprint for trade management, including ATR‑based stops, 1:1 minimum targets, and clear rules for when to trail and when to stand down. The emphasis on consistency is relentless, and exactly what serious traders need. As the notes say: “KISS — don’t change the plan!!!”
What impressed me most is how Sean Kozak combined structure with real‑world application. They walk you through HTF liquidity setups, trend‑break strategies, key S/R identification, and the exact conditions under which each trade thesis is valid. The material is not theoretical—it’s actionable, repeatable, and grounded in market mechanics.
If you’re considering whether this Mastermind is worth your time, energy, or financial resources, my answer is simple: yes. Without hesitation.
This program will save you years of trial and error. It will give you a professional framework for bias, levels, stops, targets, and trade filtering. And it will elevate your understanding of the markets in a way that retail education simply cannot.
Tickblaze has created something rare here—a true Mastermind for traders who want to operate with discipline, clarity, and confidence. I strongly endorse attending the extended event and investing in your development. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my trading career.

Sean Kozak is a true master for understanding how markets operate and how to profitably trade them. He's the best in the business. And to back him up, with a team of talented developers, he has his own platform, Tickblaze. And a vibrant community.
