CORONAVIRUS EPIDEMIC - Due to my husbands health with Acute Asthma and a Heart problems, and also an advisory from our Doctor, and guidance from World Health Organisation, I tried to cancel our tickets a week before the concert last night 3rd March 2020 because of my husbands health and being in a high risk/fatility group. I also requested Ticketmaster to resell the tickets in my conversation with Customer Services. Consequently, we didn't use the tickets,(I still have them) Ticketmaster failed to resell the tickets.
TICKETMASTER HAVE JUST SENT EMAIL AND REFUSED TO REFUND EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A SEVERE EPIDEMIC OUTBREAK OF THE CORONAVIRUS IN UK.
Very uncaring and callous decision. Shame on Ticketmaster.. .

The tickets in my cart came to £20 plus £9 admin fee, once I clicked to confirm my purchase, the amount jumped to £169.

I contacted them immediately to point out the error but customer support is a joke, they only state they do not give refunds and sent me a copy of their Terms and Conditions, which unsuprisingly does not cover overcharging.

I have written to them asking how we can resolve this issue, they are of no help.

They helped themselves to an extra £140 from my account and will not refund it.

I paid for tickets Last year for Shawn Mendes concert at Glasgow Hydro on 6th April...………….yes you've guessed it, they never arrived

I have emailed on more than a dozen times and still no reply,

I am very doubtful if ill get refund but if this puts anyone off from using Ticketselection then at least no one else should get stung

Only given a 1 star as there isn't an option to give 0. Bought tickets last year for Shawn Mendes tonight and no sign of the tickets. Luckily we'd realised that we hadn't yet had tickets s couple of weeks ago and managed to get others from somewhere else. This company is a bunch if robbing b******* and are still going by the looks if it.

I appear to be the latest individual to be scammed by this company. I bought Shawn Mendes tickets last May for my 13 year old daughter's birthday (today). Despite repeated attempts to contact this company I've had no reply! Having read the reviews it would appear a hit or miss with a greater probability of it being a disappointment! Goodness knows now how I get a refund and like the many others, I'm just going to have to put it down to experience with the loss of £152 (2 tickets). Do not buy tickets off Ticket Selection as they have been investigated for fraud by the police. Just type Ticket Selection Police and you will get a few links. This company had a website shut down by the police but are still carrying on. They ripped me off almost £300. Trust Pilot also protect this company by stopping you from using certain phrases and words as it does not fit in with their criteria. Ticket Selection complained to Trust Pilot that I used the word FRAUDS and I had to modify my review. You have been warned and Trust pilot shame on you for not allowing customers to speak the truth.

If you fleeced a pensioner in the street you'd be banged up but these con artists are robbing people in broad daylight and getting away with it. One day someone will catch up with you and I hope they they throw away the key.

so i bought £1500 of tickets to see adele at wembley from ticket selection, adele cancelled the concert and i have still not got my money back - they give me endless answers that give the apearance they are comunicating but they have hardley made contact with me and still i have never recieved a penny if they were uk i could sue them but they hide under spainsih law
they are as good as criminals dont ever use them if want to feel secure about purchases.

Sorry, to say the same as everybody else, no refund for tickets from concert Adele, 2 years ago, which actually was canceled.

spent £250 on four tickets for beyonce, they told me on the day that the tickets cannot be sold to me, (luckily i had bought tickets a few days before knowing that they would not arrive) this was june 2018! about 30 emails later n still no refund whatsoever. and because i do not know their bank details i cannot submit an action fraud claim. if anyone has any advice as to how i can get my money back please let me know!

got tickets last year or did not get tickets last year the flights and machines booked hotel travel said they would meet me at the stadium did not shout I bought this year ago this week three June last year nothing not even a phone call or an apology do not get your TEXIS company they are forwards to

I am shocked that this company is still trading. They clearly take your cash with no intention if ever delivering any tickets. I bought a ticket for Royal Blood for my son's 18th birthday.....no ticket, no refund, same old story. Got about 590 zendesk numbers as i have raised a ticket with 'customer service' 30-40 times a day and had no response. Also been blocked on facebook. Reported to actionfraud along with any other agencies interested in this criminal activity.
