Poor experience. Unwilling to resolve a simple matter. Be careful about booking with these scam artists.

Selling baggage on unclear premises. We paid for checked in luggage but only got it one way. It is very unclear and overpriced when buying checked in luggage.

They declined both my commonly used (Master and Amex) credit-cards, before the usual card issuer’s usual steps of first taking you to the SMS validation site….

So suspect tiket.com has been blacklisted by credit-card’s security filter

They appear to only be interested in selling packet trips and over priced airfare. When given the opportunity to plan anything other, they just ignore the customer. I will not use the travel agents or online sites again.

Worst ever. Bad service. No one answers the phone. They do not answer online. They charge huge amounts for rebooking even though Norwegian had no charges.

I guessTicket gets most things right. However, in case something goes wrong the service appears cold and not at all customer-centric. Apparently they have the only company software in the world that does not make mistakes, and staff too!
I bought two airline tickets to Boston and back. When I got them my family name and first names had traded places (should be: FIRSTNAMEFIRSTNAMEFIRSTNAME SURNAME, was SURNAME FIRSTNAMEFIRSTNAMEFIRSTNAME. That means no admittance to the US.
I inquired. They wanted me to pay for the name change. I did of course as I could not prove them wrong it was not my fault. It's just disrespectful to ignore my plea by saying that it's impossible for software or their staff to make mistakes. I've worked for multiple companies and none of them have error-free software. Hats off to Ticket Privatresor for having bullet proof systems! I won't be using your "services" ever again.
