I was not the one that let you down, it was exactly the contrary. YOU TOOK MY MONEY (and it was not little money) AND DID NOT DELIVER TICKETS OR REFUND MY MONEY. Let me know if I need to take further action here. As you can see, even TICKET.ORG sent me a communication on June 12 saying that I would be refunded in due time.

Hello, I went to one of the Bruno Mars Concerts for which I got tickets from ticket.org. Tickets were of front seats but delivery of tickets was delayed I received them on the day of concert. But Bruno Mars is a young talented artist. Love the variety and range in his music! Can't wait to see him on the Grammy's.
I ordered tickets on the 29th November 2013 to see England vs Ireland rugby on the 22nd Feb, only to be told on the 11th Feb that due to a banking error on their side they were cancelling my order. They have also refused a refund.
My advice, never ever order anything from this company. Please also watch out for any ticket company with the following address (they have changed names before):
