Show Cancelled Without Notice

I bought a ticket for my friend on 8 February 2023, to go to the Khantoke dinner and show this evening, 1 May 2023. He got to the venue before 18h30. When he got there, he was told there is no show tonight and it is all a "mistake".

They had three months to spot the "mistake" after having sold the ticket. My friend had to pay for transport there and back for a show that did not happen. How dare they treat other human beings like this? When are they going to refund the money for the show and my friend's wasted transport fees?

Tonight is his last night in Chiang Mai. Are they going to fly the cast over to his country or are they going to pay for him to fly back to watch a show? They have truly botched this and he can never get this time or this experience back - never! Perhaps they think every tourist is a multimillionaire who can jet back and forth to Chiang Mai to see the show every time they mess up.

This is absolutely disgusting! Livid does not begin to describe how angry I am right now.
