FRAUDSTERS!!! CON ARTISTS!!! 419 FRAUD

FRAUDSTERS!!!! CON-MEN & WOMEN!!
The positive reviews about them are all FAKE, written by them.
They sold a *FAKE* "special offer ticket to us" and told us to pay a deposit to "secure the tickets". They took thousands of £s from me for a booking that didn't exist. We called British Airways to confirm the booking and we were told that no such booking exists. We called them and they tried to defraud us again by saying they can put us on another flight on different dates.

Capital Scammers of the year

Thought I was dealing with a real company, approached them through an an advert on Facebook offering discounted flights, their Snr Travelling Consultant Joseph Blake (yes English name but very strong Asian accent so I should have known better), offering discounted flights to Bangkok, and even sent me a flight summary from Qatar Airways, paid for what I thought was a good price from my credit card , then things went quiet, after 24 hours I checked my account and they had managed to take 4 payments, it was only the fact that it exceeded the card limit did it stop, I am still trying to make contact, and both the card company and Action Fraud have been useless at supporting me in my quest for a refund

Avoid Ticket Center UK – Terrible Experience

Warning: Avoid Ticket Center UK – Terrible Experience
On 3rd December 2024, I used the Skyscanner app to book a flight and was directed to Ticket Center UK, where I was assisted by a representative named Rohan. Initially, everything seemed smooth—Rohan provided the airline reservation details and requested payment. I promptly transferred the required amount from my Barclays account to the account provided.
The Nightmare Begins
The next day, Rohan informed me that my tickets would be issued shortly, but this did not happen. Instead, he claimed there was a "merchant issue" and the payment had not gone through to the airline, leading to the cancellation of my ticket. I was assured that my payment would be refunded, but to this day, no refund has been processed.
I was then passed to their so-called "account manager," Joseph, who apologised and admitted that the error was on their end. To "compensate," Joseph offered me an upgraded ticket at a discounted rate. I reluctantly agreed, provided they sent the reservation details for the new ticket. After receiving the latest details, I transferred the remaining balance they requested.
Broken Promises and Silence
Despite completing this additional payment, I still have not received my tickets. Although I can see my reservation on the airline’s website, the tickets have not been issued, and the airline has directed me to resolve the matter with Ticket Center UK.
Adding insult to injury, Rohan and Joseph have stopped answering my calls and emails. I am left without tickets, with a substantial financial loss, and there is no way to resolve this issue.

Conclusion
My experience with Ticket Center UK has been nothing short of a scam. They: Took my money without delivering the promised tickets.
Misled me repeatedly with false promises of refunds and upgrades. Stopped responding when I demanded accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid Ticket Center UK at all costs. Their unprofessional conduct and inability to resolve their mistakes have caused me immense stress and financial loss.
I have reported them to Action Fraud UK and the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This company should not be allowed to continue operating in such a fraudulent manner.
Rating: ⭐️ (only because I cannot give zero stars).
