Got the tickets in the mail. Everything was there. No complaints.

Everything was fine, pretty easy navigation and user friendly interface, easy to search and find what you need. Actually I'm happy with service
But, very high service fee and I had to print tickets... it's already 21 century but I still have to print ticket!
Why not to create app to download tickets and use barcode to enter?!

I've called cutomer service to see when my tickets would arrive, left a message. They called back quickly.

Seems like all the added fees are excessive

I ordered tickets on line- did not complete the order the first time as I had to confirm with others so the company sent me an email reminding to finish my order and I did. Right after I finished and looked at the confirmation I saw the time had changed from 1:00 to 6:30 and since it is a Sunday and I am taking children it doesn't work well. Several emails and phone calls to them but they "can't do anything about it". Will never order from them again!

This purchasing experience was fast and easy. Recommended if your event is offered by Ticketcharge!

Haven't been to concert yet, a little nervous about buying the tickets online don't seem real. A little hesitant!!! Bought as a gift, won't be going to concert wife is. Hope it turns out good.

Hello I tried to purchase tickets on line .. Website jammed up had to call was not confidant of the order but in the long run I have my tickets .. Guess they could make the site a little more user friendly..

Only complaint I had is I bought tickets and they called me an told me they weren't actually available. They accommodated me... but still not what I wanted. They kept me informed etc. but almost felt like a bait and switch tactic. Just saying.

Trible pricing.......you guys charge me 188 $ for 45$. Pink Martini concert.... That is real rip off...

Instead off 90$

Don't use this company

At the last minute they switched good seats for lousy seats and I had to remind them twice to send the tickets.

Actually thought I was on the Theater website directly. Didn't carw for the fees and additional cost at the end of the process.

I had no issues buying my tickets from here but a service fee of 10.50$ per ticket is crazy when it is just an emailed ticket. If it was mailed I understand but not for email. Also ticket prices were 10$ per ticket higher than ticket master. Only reason I didn't buy there is the site was under maintenance.

Excellent choice to purchase tickets. Looking forward for this concert.

Everything was great except I paid extra to receive "real" tickets in the mail and instead received the same tickets that I could have printed myself.

Did not take long to order

Was shocked at $46.20 service charge, besides the extra $7 charge to print the ticket.
