Absolutely First class. I had my reservations after reading so many negative reviews but this company was 100% spot on from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future

Verging on a scam

Tried to call on their 7p a minute landlines query the ticket options, a load of waffle at the start (obviously to keep you on the line longer).
Decided to just purchase online and you’re told “NO FULFILMENT CHARGE!”. Instead they charge you £1 to send an e-mail.... yep, they charge to send you an email to print your own tickets...

Will be the last purchase from TicketFactory and last visit to the NEC.

Session Timed Out

Tried to buy Arctic Monkeys tickets. Sat in the queue for around half an hour before being let on the site. Then, I had around 15 mins until my session timed out. At this point I was excited as the tickets I wanted were in my basket, but the site was running SO SLOW that the 15 mins just ran out as I was entering the card details. I understand that there is a timer so that everyone gets a chance at the tickets, but it was ridiculous, and I was so close to completing the order. Thankfully, I saw someone recommend Gigs and Tours on twitter, and managed to get 2 tickets through them! Will never use Ticket Factory again!

Absolutely useless ticketing agency. Please avoid at all costs.

Concert : Jeff Beck (Royal Hospital Chelsea)

I tried to book tickets for this event online at the ticket factory within an hour of them becoming available (Friday 9th March 2018). I happily selected my tickets, input my card number and then got an error page displayed. Reluctantly, I tried again (wary that my card might be charged twice) - same thing again. The only two routes to customer service is a chargeable phone number (7p a minute) - I refuse to pay for a chargeable telephone number, to be left on hold for an unspecified time, on top of the cash that I am attempting to part with for the aforementioned tickets. So, I look up an alternative number on saynoto0870.com. I find one. I ring the number, only to be told that these tickets can only be ordered online and that she could not help me - but did ensure me that my payment had not been taken (great, thanks). So, the only other route is via their customer service link. They aim to answer queries within 48 hours. What possible use is that? All the good tickets (if not all of them) will be gone! Anyway, I finally get an answer back (SIX DAYS LATER). The response? Try again. What's the point? Do I really think there will be any tickets left that I want after that delay in time?
How scandalous that a company like this can exist. It is difficult enough getting tickets at all for major events, due to touts snapping up the tickets before real fans. Ticketfactory are making it even harder. Thankfully the government are intervening in the way unscupulous ticket agencies are conducting themselves (long overdue) - let's hope this company are shut down - soon!

Positive experience and good customer service

I can only give my experience which was totally positive. We booked tickets for the World Indoor Athletics and battled our way through the snow to the event only to realise we’d left the tickets at home. What we thought was a disaster was quickly solved by a call to customer services. They arranged for our tickets to be re-printed and picked up at the box office. All sorted in five minutes. Hope other people get such a great service as well.

I tried to book my Crufts ticket using my usual password - not accepted. Then given a temp code after clicking forgotten password to try and get in and that was not accepted, would not let me re-register and my account came up as then disabled. After trying several times gave up and very annoyed at the waste of time this process incurred. As a last result asked my husband to book the ticket on his computer as a new guest and it let him in, now have my ticket printed, your booking process is unacceptable customer service in my opinion, very annoyed.

I've seen a lot of negative reviews for this site so thought it would only be fair to share my excellent experience with the company.
The whole process was effortless from buying the tickets to receiving them.
Tickets were purchased back in September and arrived weeks before the event
Can't comment on the customer service as I had no need to contact the company directly

I took out the insurance policy to …

I took out the insurance policy to cover refunds of the ticket/s in case of illness etc. One of our party cannot make it for personal reasons.
This insurance is with a third party securemybookings and to make a claim you have to submit all the information online. After going through all the info including giving your bank account and sort code for any refund due they then say they have to have the tickets back within 14 days AND a relevant doctors note for illness!
Total waste of money and time.
Ticket Factory STOP SELLING THIS USELESS INSURANCE!!

No one ever answers in customer service

I tried getting intouch with Ticket factory customer service, which no one answered as I was desperate to get a refund on tickets I purchased accidently. After 25mins of waiting for someone to pick up, still no answer, I appreciate you have a lot of people calling you but for it to cost me £17 on my phone bill even though no one answered is disgusting. I got my refund after emailing them instead, but still £17 to listen to some crap music and not being able to speak to anyone is a joke.

Total muppets - waste of time !

Got 80 quid voucher for this company Xmas 2016. In 2 years not seen one thing they have tickets for I'd want to see. You search for a named band in London, they give you pages of total irrelevance like Ideal Homes or a dog show in Birmingham. Finally my daughter wanted a ticket for a festival and afterparty. Put it in the basket and 2 theatre tickets to save losing the change, registered s guest and to the payments page. No option for using the vouchers. Wrote them an e-mail. No response. Apparently it will take 48 hrs ! Just checked again. They no longer have the tickets so I bought it from SeeTickets. Stuck with their poxy voucher which I can't use. Avoid these jokers....... !!!!!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. I bought 2 tickets for the concert and i was travelling from bristol to birmingham to attend but there was a major accident on M5 and there were 5 casualities and number of people were injured. M5 was closed from both sides and we were stuck in gridlocked traffic for about 7 hours. Couldn't reach to attend the show and when we contacted them for refund they said no as show was not cancelled and also said there is nothing to do with us contact the event promoters. But i am so surprised they don't have humanity and goodwill gesture for their customers. I paid 253 pounds for the tickets. So disappointed. Will not recommend at all.

have ordered VIP tickets for the good food show. the price includes VIP parking. Despite several calls I have still not recieved my car parking tickets. Was told that its nothing to do with them and to call the event organisers. This is after my money has been taken. If anyone thinks I will be leaving it at that they have another thing coming. Worst service ever. Last time I will be booking anything with them. Promised a call back still waiting, Asked to speak to a manager, Politely, and was cut off. Disgusted.

Hidden charges

Hidden charges: there is an administration charge of £1.80 then when finally paying, there is another charge of £1.50 to send the ticket by e-mail!. I buy lots of tickets online and the e-mail is sent automatically with the enclosed ticket (including any travel by trains, plane, etc) without extra charges, why don't they just charge the full £3.30 instead of trying to pull wool over our eyes?

Had my boss get me some tickets to the …

Had my boss get me some tickets to the All England Badminton. Tickets were confirmed by them 2 days before event and were under my name. Went to pick them up and said they didn't have them. They did indeed have them but they were in the "wrong box". Took 3 hours to finally figure everything out. Was also told that they were poorly running everything at the event anyway, so glad to hear I'm the only one who wasn't given poor service.
