The concert itself was enjoyable, but the customer service from Ticketmaster and OCESA was extremely disappointing. Due to a change in the concert time, I wanted to cancel my ticket, but it was not possible, so I had no choice but to purchase an additional flight ticket. Moreover, I sent an inquiry email two weeks before the concert, but I didn’t receive a response until after the event had ended. This delay is incomprehensible—was the response intentionally postponed to avoid issuing a refund?

The concert was exciting

The concert was excellent. Sound not very good. The worst, the beer sellers going through the people with their trays lifted not letting you see and dangerous, su ce you're dancing and moving and you can bump into one of these sellers and throw the whole thing. İt really should be forbidden to sell drinks or anything once the concert starts. Those selling people are annoying and disrespectful!

Between lights and dogmas: a divided show

While the event featured impressive costumes and creative use of technology—particularly the integration of virtual elements with the stage and the synchronization between real and digital performance—there were several aspects that detracted from the overall experience.

The venue’s strict policies regarding beverage entry were disappointing, especially given their lack of flexibility in special cases. For instance, my pregnant wife, who needs to drink water frequently due to medical advice, was not granted any accommodation. This demonstrates a lack of inclusivity and sensitivity to individual needs, with no alternative solutions offered.

In terms of performance, the dancers lacked technical precision; their routines leaned more toward theatrical expression than skilled choreography.

Additionally, the overwhelming political and religious messaging was off-putting. At times, it felt more like a session of ideological instruction than an artistic presentation. The atmosphere in the venue was also uncomfortable due to the heat, and the air conditioning was not in use.

Overall, while there were some notable visual and technological elements, the lack of flexibility, inclusivity, technical dance quality, and the heavily charged thematic content significantly impacted the experience.
