I don't think Ticketmaster is to blame, but we spent $125 on 4 tickets to the Nebraska-Michigan game at 5pm Friday, May 22, which the Big Ten rescheduled to begin at 11pm due to weather. We had to skp the game and wasted $125.

Could not sign in to the app or the website on my android Pixel 10 Pro phone. Although I could sign in on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+, I didn't want to take the tablet to the venue. A phone call to customer support did not resolve the issue and there was no followup before the event as promised. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but still am unable to sign in. Very disappointed.

Made mistake in ordering tickets
Made mistake in ordering tickets. Ticketmaster was no help and would not let me resell tickets. Rates for ticket was unusually higher than if I had bought from the venue itself. Not well done.

My tickets were never mailed
My tickets were never mailed, had to contact twice before they finally said that I could pick them up at will call. Why would you mail paper tickets in this day and age USPS??? Wasted my time trying to resolve the situation. Spoke to others in line at will call, same situation, Collector tickets never mailed.
