The experience of buying on Ticketmaster is genuinely infuriating. We were lucky enough to get tickets to this highly anticipated show, but not without several people being in the queue on 5 different devices, a full hour before tickets even went on sale. The app/website constantly logs you out, shows you tickets that aren’t available when you click on them, somehow still allows scalpers to drastically raise average prices, and just generally has a monopoly on the industry. I’d love to go to the venue and support them directly at the box office but these morons at TM rarely make that a possibility. If I could use anyone else, I’d love to. Break up the monopoly.

Easy purchase, & use of the Ticketmaster app.

The entire process from ordering the tickets to using my phone to enter the event was SO awesome!!! I didn’t even have to provide “physical” tickets! It was so easy!!! And the Phil Wickham concert was PHENOMENAL!!!

Great show! Easy access to entrance with Google wallet option.

The workers were so kind and generous to us! My brother was in a wheel chair and every worker made sure he was comfortable and had enough space, so others didn’t run into him. They also escorted us on our way out with flashlights and helped guide the wheelchair. I couldn’t have asked for kinder workers and better help!

GREAT CONCERT!!! Had a blast at the Josiah Queen MT. ZION TOUR, definitely want to go again! Ticketmaster made it very simple and easy on how to get tickets as well as all the show details.

Was not allowed entry into the building. I was trespassed and my ticket remained unused. I had to drive back home 4 hours , after I just drove 4 hours there.

Tickets were easily accessible via the app. And The Cannons are my favorite band so the show was amazing!!!

It seems every time I attempt to access my tickets on my phone the process is different and I have to step out of line and get help to figure it out

It was AMAZING!!!! This was my teenage son's first like rock concert and I think all the band that played were really good, they all gained a new fan in me and omg so nice, they signed or shirts and cds and even gave my son some advice for his music playing, all around I can not wait for them to come back to NYC. Thank you all for such a great mother and son moment

Not have children mixed with adults at an event it was my birthday and I had to deal with rudely children.

Excellent! My Tickets are always easy to find in the app and the seating ootions are good.

I found the shopping experience awkward. My tickets were transferred to someone else and not available to me until just before the show. I did not know this person and had to only hope that they had my tickets and would transfer them to me before the show. I found this middleman awkward and unsettling.

Loved the concert, the small venue. Great experience.
