The show was magnificent

The show was magnificent! Lionel Richie was extraordinary. We got much help from the people from Ticketmaster and from the Security guards due to some problems with the internet. Thank you!

Amazing concert

Amazing concert, he’s a legend and have written so many great songs. The audience was great too and really in a good mood and spirit.

Treated like Cattle...

This is not a review of Neil Young, but of the really poor experience of being a 'treated like cattle' music fan.

1) I purchased a 'Golden Circle' ticket for the show which outlined a unique entrance gate and easy access in and out of the makeshift arena. Instead 30 mins before etc show I had an in app notification to use general admission. Not a great experience.
2) After entry I was directed firstly to one side of the field and then the other to access the 'Golden Circle' area. Unfortunately, access to each of these areas was barricaded by fans trying to get close to the barriers and so it just ended up being an angry scrum to get through. Again, not at all a great experience.
3) Neil Young is nearly 80. His loyal audience is largely of a certain demographic, yet no provisions were put in place to support the audience at all. There were no seating areas, or even rest-stops - even at bars (which were horribly stocked) or food stalls. In addition, the gap between the support artist and Neil Young was just over 1 hour!!!. That is a long time for anyone, let alone a Neil Young audience too stand around without respite in a field.
4) There were no big screens anywhere. In fact the whole site (including the stage) had a distinctly 'budget' feel. Once outside the 'Golden Circle' area a fan would have an incredibly limited view - even if they had perfect 20:20 vision - once again, no provision or understanding for the demographic of the audience here at all.

Time and time again, organisers - in this case Live Nation miss the important details - the things that will really make a difference to their customers and loyal music fans, improve the experience and promote loyalty. This felt just a lazy, lazy effort with no regard for the most important people in the mix - the fans. I won't go to another event like this - no matter who the artist is - It was way too expensive, unenjoyable and it simply felt like hard work.

Had the best time

Had the best time! Great festival experience what a great location. We travelled over from England to meet some Danish friends, who reccomended visiting for Copenhell. We was impressed with the toilets and amount of them, we where also impressed by the quality, and variety of the food. I heard a few people saying the talent on show this year was one of the weaker lineups. But fpr us we enjoyed every artist thay we saw and staging was phenomenal the indoor eating area near the shipping containers was soooooo cool. We also paid to go RIP and that was really awesome experience! Worth every penny and we will be returning next year \m/

It was awesome

It was awesome. I hope Sting becomes a regular guest at Tivoli Friheden. If so, I'll be there too! Great fun and a wonderful experience!

Ticketmaster is one of the poorest…

Ticketmaster is one of the poorest managed companies on the planet. They do a simple job and still they mess it up again and again. Last concert it was the technical challenges when one had bought ticket both in the US and in Europe this time it is the process for changing phone number

This is the absolute worse company.

People! Ticketmaster just sells tickets, they should NOT get positive reviews if you like a concert. They have nothing to do with that!

What they do is making buying tickets like a rootcanal at the dentist. Now you must download your ticket (1) on your phone. So we bought 4 tickets, and we cannot print them out. NO, that would be too easy. Now we send the tickets to each person, with all BS that ticketmaster can think of. LIKE: you must change your password every time. Must be long, and have a number and a sign and you must remember it for next time. Is that not impossible enough?
Then we fux it up even more. So I cannot download my ticket on my phone they want a NEW password and then they do not accept it. We paid months ago for tickets and how can we see the show? That is not TM problem.

This is the absolute worse company.

tickets *G6ZXP$XBA* AND3 MORE.

UPDATE: We finally got a nice man on the phone and he helped os. There should be no problem. BUT THERE WAS! At the entrance 3 were allowed in, the 4th not. A lot of talk before we were all allowed in. This just doesn't work for us.

They have changed the app and it doesn't work. I can't log in and see my tickets. Some tickets are only in electronic form and can be used only from the app. Very bad work and very bad experience.
