Scammers 2 years old cancelled show money still never refunded. Dont ever buy anything from them
Scam horror, a total disaster.
In February of 2025, I bought an early bird ticket for Rolling Loud Thailand through Ticketmelon. The show was supposed to be in November, which was officially announced as cancelled on October 1, and refunds were promised.
As per Ticketmelon's policies, it was stated that a refund can take a maximum of 30–45 days. However, 2 months passed, 3 months passed, 5 months passed, and now 8 months have passed, and I still did not get my money back.
The unbelievable part is that they have no real customer support. They spam you with the same 2–3 copy-paste messages no matter how many times you contact them. This entire company is a fraud.
After researching, I found out that they did the same thing to thousands of people. The same thing happened with people who bought tickets for the Australia show, which was also cancelled.
Rolling Loud is also involved in this. They know full well what is happening, as they have been deleting comments whenever you ask them for an update. There is no accountability, and the customer is doomed.
It is unbelievable how they can do something like this, but it's the unfortunate reality.

SCAM WARNING! Over 7 months without a refund for cancelled Rolling Loud!
Absolute fraud! I bought 2 tickets for Rolling Loud Thailand over a year ago. The festival was cancelled, and Ticketmelon promised a refund. At first, their support kept telling me that my refund was "in the queue," but now they have completely stopped responding and are ghosting my emails.
They have been illegally holding my money for more than 12 months. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid using Ticketmelon at all costs if you don't want your money stolen!

Ticketmelon has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a ticketing platform.
My refund has still not been processed despite multiple follow-ups. I’ve received vague and inconsistent responses, and at one point I was even told that the payment had been “processed” yet I never received anything, and no proof of transaction has been provided.
This is completely unacceptable.
There is zero transparency, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for customers.
At this point, it genuinely feels like delays are intentional in order to avoid issuing refunds. This goes beyond poor service it raises serious concerns about their business practices.
I will be escalating this matter further and sharing my experience across multiple platforms.
If you care about your money, stay away from Ticketmelon.
