Complicated way of sending paper tickets

My expectation for 2 paper tickets is that these would be sent via the post and where necessary per registered post in case of loss. My partner and I are employed. When I read that a packet had been sent and if the owner was not home etc. My partner had to pick up the packet from the GLS after work. This seems a complicated method to send 2 paper tickets, not to mention adding extra tasks for my Family and also not environmentally friendly that extra journeys are being made. Please see copy of e mail below.

We are shipping the tickets via GLS so that they are covered by insurance and we receive a tracking ID. It´s important because it´s a question of high value.

You´ve got the possibility to deposit an alternative shipping address where you´re able to receive the sending.

Poor support service ! DO NOT ORDER FROM!

I do not recommend this company at all ! I live out of Germany, and bought a ticket to a show on Berlin (lady GAGA). I paid 146 Euro per ticket.
The show is now cancelled and re-scheduled to four months from now. I am not able to travel again, so I wanted to cancel the deal and get my money back.
To my surprise the company is taking advantage of this situation, and offer to refund me only half of the price, 83 Euro out of 146, after I will pat the costs of delivery.
It is not my fault that the show is cancelled, they can and will sell those tickets again (for their floated price probably), so why should I just donate them extra 60 euro for ticket?

As an idependent ticket agency we are refunding the ticket face value, which is regulated by law. To work out all refund procedures is expensive for us also.

Super Easy and Super Fast!!

The only website I could find that still had SouthSide tickets. Super easy and super fast! Would buy from again!

Wonderful

Wonderful! Very fast in everything. Got my answer through an email in the same day of the order and my tickets as they said, the next day at 12.00. No more, no less! Great job!
