Purchased two tickets, advertised as "Instant e-Ticket Emailed within minutes", two weeks later no tickets. Support blames the venue. Be aware, TicketsNow does not have tickets in hand. Charged my credit card, refuse to refund. Cannot get answers from customer service. Stay away from TicketsNow, although owned by Ticketmaster they do now operate like Ticketmaster.
