Customer service is non existent

Purchased lady gaga tickets and somehow they were put to collect at the box office instead of being sent. Emailed to find out why the tickets weren't received and never got a reply despite several attempts. Phoned instead after days of trying held for an hour and got through. Got charged £20 for the 30 sec phone call. Have since emailed to complain and shock no reply. Really disappointing. Will be sticking to ticket master in the future.

Don't hold your breath waiting on a response from this mob

I bought tickets for a concert that was subsequently cancelled. I have twice contacted this mob via their on-line customer service link to ask for information in relation re-scheduling or a refund. I am yet to even receive an acknowledgement from them let alone an answer to my query. I will never purchase tickets from this company again. If a company has a link to their customer service then it should be common courtesy for them to respond to any queries.

Nearly non-existent customer service

I purchased Glasgow park and ride tickets for July 14 and selected 'print at home'. You would think this would be instantaneous, however it says they will "email with further details on how to print tickets at home".

Weeks later there was still no email, and we are now a week out from when I need the ticket. I tried emailing twice and rang several times being on hold for up to 10 minutes before I gave up (almost going stir crazy listening to the man tell me 50 times that they would 'answer my call soon').

Finally I got through and the lady told me they would be sending the email out tomorrow. Why they couldn't send out print-at-home instructions immediately I have no idea!!

Will not be using them again if I can help it.

Very unhappy customer

Dear Sirs
I will now be going to the News Papers as I have had no response to any of my emails.
We booked ticket for the Rick Wakeman Concert in Glasgow, for the 6th May 2014 but on arrival Tickets were dated 1st May 2014.
These tickets were a gift for my Fiancé's birthday, a cost of £103.50
We had to take time of work, make travel arrangements From Ballachulish in the Highlands to Glasgow to see the show. The Bus tickets cost us £49.40, in addition to this we had to book a Hotel for 2 nights which was an additional £131.20
We arrived at the SECC in Glasgow on the 1st May 2014 only to be told that the show was on the 6th May 2014 (the following Tuesday)
However the advertising TV was confirming the concert was on the 1st May, We were given a complaint forms to complete by the by SECC Staff (who confirmed there was a mess up) and the concert had been rescheduled for the 6th May, we were advised us that our tickets were valid for the following Tuesday.
This was impossible to return on the 6th May 2014 due to work commitments and because we stay in the Highlands over 100 miles from Glasgow.
We are looking for our ticket money to be refunded as well as compensation for travelling and hotel expenses.
Out Total Expenditure for The Rick Wakeman Concert was £284.10
We look forward to hearing from you with regards to the above matter.
Yours sincerely
Lesley Moore
