I bought tickets for Italy v Scotland in the 6Nations - early communication was good. however, my tickets did not show up until the night before my departure, and I could not get any reply to my enquiries in the final week, which caused me to give up hope and search for replacements on the secondary market. Fortunately I was put off by the excessive prices, so when my pdfs did arrive I wasn't left out of pocket with two sets of tickets. I gather since that there were circumstances which affected their procedures, but it would have been reassuring to know that my tickets were being dealt with - if I'd committed the £2k that Stub Hub wanted to issue 7 more tickets, I would have been pretty fed up when my original purchase arrived. In the end, the tickets were perfect with great seats.

After purchasing our World Cup Final tickets on line in the after market, we were nervous about whether tickets were real. Within hours of the purchase, we received an e mail from the organization who were the actual original ticket holders with contact numbers if anything went wrong. That put our minds at ease. Tickets were real and delivered fast. Payment required authentication. Everything went easy and was first class. Worth the time to complete the information requests for your e mail. Will use the service again

They never returned any of the messages I sent to them

The Twickenham App ticket system is a total farce. I should be watching the England v Barbarians match right now but my ticket was delivered to the app eight minutes prior to kick off. Long after I had given up! Avoid, avoid.

I have been trying to get hold of these for over a year now. They happily took £500 of my hard earned cash for rugby tickets. They have blocked me from their Facebook page as was asking for someone to contact me. Their Web page emails get ignored and so has EVERY SINGLE one of my emails to them.

These guys are frauds - do NOT buy through them. They sell tickets more than 6 months in advance and then don't deliver. Once 180 days have passed, PayPal will not let you claim back your money.

Still no refund for Italy v England. No uk address so no recourse to small claims court. Beware!

Been trying to get a refund for the cancelled Wales/NZ match last November,had one response telling me it was chaos,which Ihad worked out for myself.Despite repeated e mails still no response.This is without doubt the most untrustworthy company I have dealt with.Avoid at all costs.

Shocking after many emails phone calls and no replies . I have still not been refunded for the England v Italy game . Small claims can’t help as I need an address...

As with others below trying to get a refund from Ticketsrugby for England v Italy. Initial response said that they were not responsible it was the Italian Rugby Federation that must give a refund. Since then tried to claim on Credit Card this was refused as Ticketsrugby supplied the tickets. Have now been chasing Ticketsrugby again but getting no response.

Wasn’t able to give zero stars. Have been emailing tickets rugby throughout 2020 - And especially more recently - to request a refund for the Italy - England match played behind closed doors. Only received 1 reply earlier this year saying it had been postponed so no refund - radiosilence ever since. However they continue to advertise tickets for future matches.

This company is a criminal. Have sent emails several times without success. The tickets for the game I booked 8 months ago SCO:NZL are no longer listed on the website at all. Since I have very good relations to England in higher circles, the case is now being rolled up. Police + lawyers will be turned on if I don't get my money back to the last penny within the next 8 days
