No flavour - Rooibos Tea
I bought a box of Tick Tock Rooibos tea. It has no flavour at all, just old black tea taste, like wood. Awful. Will need to go to the South African shop to buy Rooibos Tea.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I emailed at 8am with a complaint about a fault with a box of tea. I would like to mention that I've drunk the same Tick tock earl grey for many years and never had an issue. My email was answered at 8.30am and after I'd sent a couple of photos to back up my complaint I received another email at 9.15am to say a replacement box would be posted that day. The following day Evri delivered a new box of tea. Absolutely amazing customer service from an independent. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

Don't bother contacting thier customer services if something has gone wrong as apparently they make no mistakes and if you have an issue it's of your own making!
