Refund on canceled match
I bought the tickets from this site to the Finalissima, but it got cancelled. I write on the chat to get some help and get a refund of the tickets, Punka replied instantly and gave me a refund.

A great service, highly recommended with reasonable fees.
I purchased tickets for rugby in Italy and they were delivered to my phone on time and were what I expected. For Paris I used Seatsnet and was completely let down with deliberate delaying tactics, and as they constantly confirmed guaranteed deliver 3 weeks then 3 hours then 1 hour before kickoff I had to wait until this expired to confirm that I had been scammed. So, rather than sit in a bar and watch the game, as I was already in Paris, my wife and I took an Uber to Stade de France and I purchased, from Ticombo tickets with immediate download, to the game, in the car as we approached the stadium, they arrived immediately and, unlike Seatsnet, worked and we watched a great game of Rugby. I will definitely us Ticombo again, and have reported Seatsnet to the relevant authorities.

Unfortunately, the tickets for the match didn't live up to expectations. I paid a lot for good seats, but we ended up sitting with very limited visibility. Everything was clear from the purchasing point of view.

I got a forged ticket
I bought the ticket for a derby match Hajduk vs Dinamo in Split but I got a forged ticket. It was a PDF ticket and my access was denied because something was wrong with a barcode. So, I drove 800km in vain.
First I thought it was just an accidental mistake by the seller but then I checked my ticket again more carefully and saw that the ticket was badly edited in some PDF editor with overlapping text and different font.
Next day I contacted the host of the event and they confirmed that my ticket was changed. The name on the original ticket that they issued was different. The ticket that I got was on my name. Later I find out that it couldn't be with my name on it because the event was already sold out, all tickets were personalised and only a club members could buy a ticket.
I contacted Ticombo and sent them all proofs that I had. I sent them a ticket I got from them and another, original ticket just to compare it and see the obviously difference's.
After a few days my claim was rejected. They didn't even bother with a fact that my ticket was a forgery. They insisted to send them a certificate from the security service that was working at entrence that my entrance was denied!!!
I try to explain that they don't issue this kind of certificate. It was more then 30.000 spectator's at the event, long waiting lines and just a few minutes before a kick off. So nobody could give me any kind of certificate.
If Ticombo doesn't give you a protection in the cases like this where their seller commit a felony and forge a ticket, don't hope that they will help you in any other circumstances.
The same seller is still selling and still has a "trusted seller" status.
So, just avoid Ticombo!!!

Smooth Experience for Wolves - Liverpool FC Match
I went to see Wolves vs Liverpool FC in Wolverhampton and bought the tickets through Ticombo. We received the tickets by email three days before the match, and everything worked smoothly at the stadium, even though the tickets had different names on them.
Secondhand tickets are often heavily overpriced, but Ticombo actually had the cheapest options I could find.
Of course, I would always recommend buying tickets directly from the official distributor if possible. However, if you can’t get tickets through general sale, Ticombo is a good alternative, just be aware that you might end up paying above face value
