I came to Trustpilot to check TicTac before buying as the watch I was interested was £40-60 cheaper than anywhere else - and they had run out anyway.
Item was posted same day and sat in Madrid for nearly a day. Then for some reason went to the Netherlands for a couple of days. When it finally arrived in UK I was pleased to get a delivering next day email after only 1 day - and absolutely chuffed as previously I had a £40 customs charge. This time nothing. Thoroughly recommended

Orders fulfilled...eventually...but response was 1st Class
Placed 3 orders for a total of 4 Lladro Christmas bells on December 2. Two of the three orders required intervention. I received the first bell (no intervention required) on December 30th and the last bell today...Valentine's Day (February 14). I kinda wanted them for...Christmas?

My experience was exceptional. It was the first time I ordered from this company and I must admit I was a bit concerned especially since they are located in Spain and I live in Austin Texas. This company and their customer service was the best I have ever encountered in any country!! The entire process of ordering my Lladro Poodle statue was perfect. The CEO took the time to contact me and kept me informed. He should receive the Best Customer Service Award. This company is truly a beacon of hope in this confused world of ours. I received my Statue -- in perfect condition -- quicker than I thought. I would recommend this company to any one. They truly are exceptional !!!

I ordered a watch on November and arrived in California in January, but they sent the wrong watch! I tried to contact them multiple times and even though the CEO himself replied offering to make it right with an exchange. It took him (or costumer support, at this point I'm not sure who I was dealing with) weeks to finally do right by me and process a full refund. Overall the experience was unnecessary stressful but they did end up refunding me for the full amount and gifting me the watch I got (because the one I order ran out of stock so they could not make the exchange)

Wanted a g-shock for a while and saw this model. Arrived about a week after ordering. Bit fiddly for big fingers and method of adjusting takes some getting used to. But once up and running a good all round watch for an active person
