Used them for many years, gone from excellent to good and now not acceptable quality. Looks like you have printed at home, but still at a premium price.

Great support good products
I made several albums with them, very happy with it I start having a nice collection now. My last album wasn't as great as the others but the customer services is very good and the reprinted a new one.
I definitely recommend them, they are not the cheapest but the final result is worth it.

Don't use their online photobook SW!
I had a very bad experience with their online SW making a photobook. If the internet connection goes down, you can loose your work!! I had made 24 pages using several days of work, and most of it was completely LOST, because the connection broke down. Even if the connection came back up, I couldn't continue my work, and 18 pages were lost. And I saved whenever I was asked to.
I will never ever use their online SW again.
