Terrible treatment. No recourse.

Avoid Avoid tic toc shop they advertise goods but avoid true discription of the item they are selling so when you return the goods for a refund they refuse to pay up and keep the returned item leaving you out of pocket
, it’s theft by stealth

Too much AI generated content and moderation by AI bots is ridiculous. The platform also seems to enable anything suggesting crime against children should be punished is wrong.

I ordered 2 items in September and I have contacted them on two occasions ,tracked my item to show as delayed.I got a notification to say “Sorry we cannot deliver to your location”.Then why take my order.It was for 2 packets Kelvin Clein mens boxers for Christmas gift for my sons.I did request a refund and got one.Though don’t sell if you can’t deliver goods.Very poor service.

Tic Toc say you can play up to 60 seconds of a song, so when I do a short mix with a few songs each one well under 60 seconds you go to share it and it still says it's going to mute your video or play over it with songs on Tic Toc. Why would I do that on a mix? Tic Toc are an absolute joke.

I’ve had an account for years and have never been able to write a comment on anything because I’ve been banned for going against the community guidelines lol, I don’t know how they work that one out because I’ve never been able to comment on anything. Whole site is just a shabby waste of time. It’s about time it was sorted out

Don’t fall for the 6 pair of pants cheep advertising on tic-toc shop it’s a scam they will take your hard earned money and you will never even get a confirmation number nor will you receive the order I’m not sure where they find all these great reviews. I’ve been had the last time from this sort of thing. Just trying to send out a heads up before it happens to someone else.

I want to tell every one that tic TOC was purchasing some thing with my card on tic TOC and there is no place to file a complaint I love out on alot of money they stole money from me 30 to 40 dollars and I told I was gonna a make a report and they wouldn't let me submit a request with .customer support
