I have been using Tidal Vape in Bournemouth for a while now. Whenever I go in there, they always have what I need as my tank is fussy about what juice it needs, and they always have it. Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Been using tidal vape for a couple of years, and today confirmed why. Had a minor problem with my new kit & the guys at the Falkland square store were really helpful and sorted me out with the kind of courtesy & friendly help that is sometimes missing in retail stores. Big thank you to you, obviously recommending the store if anyone asks me for a vape shop. Kind regards.

My partner & myself went to the Andover Vape shop yesterday to have a look at getting some flavoured juice. We spoke to Drew & Connor. They gave us some very good advice on & how to use different juice. I would recommend anyone going into the Andover shop & speaking with these guys. A real pleasure to meet you both. They both get 5 stars from us

Used three of their shops across 2 cities, until a member of staff laughed in my face because of my appearance in Southsea. Rang Head Office to discuss it, left two voicemails. Nothing.

No one ever contacted me. Furthermore they run a 3 for £30 offer, yet never have the stock to fulfil it.

Avoid like the plague, the staff need to grow up.

I use a lot of there shops, from Totton to Bournemouth and in every shop I have had a great and friendly exercise with very very helpful staff, and they don't rush you. I would strongly recommend them. Go give them a go

Recently started shopping at New Milton Tidal Vapes after moving on to refillable vapes and it's been a pleasure to shop there. The staff are always so friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Theo was brilliant at helping me choose some some new products this week, many thanks! Would definitely recommend this shop.

Tia and Josh were very professional, listened to what I would personally like, gave options and helped picked juice. Great value for money, reassurance of any problems concerned. Basically any questions were answered.
Will be using this store as my go to. 2 weeks of using what Tia advised with No ciggy. Thankyou guys.

Drew in the Andover store was amazing. Very patient with me and took time to show me how my lovely new vape works as I'm new to it. Cannot recommend them highly enough. 6 weeks no smoking and going strong.

Went into the Blandford store and was greeted by Charlie who I must say knew his stuff and went through various options with me as this was all new to me. Great help and fab service, well done.
