I ordered a 'Mother-of-the-Groom' 3 piece from Tidebuy.
When it arrived I could see right away how poorly made and finished it was. It was a trouser set with chiffon top coat. The seams were bunched and frayed, the trousers had a thick and badly made elasticated waist. The chiffon top coat was much smaller than the other pieces of the outfit. I had to quickly shop locally for an alternative. This outfit was no better made than a pair of pyjama's.
The cost was £88.47 and they offered that I should keep the outfit and they would refund me £8 as they claimed I should bear the cost of their manufacturing and shipping. They also said they would be unable to sell the item again as it was made ''after I had ordered it'' as though it was made-to-measure, which it was not.
I opened a case through PayPal to no avail. They said I hadn't provided proof of postage and tracking.... I had!
I am out of pocket £104. Never again will i buy from Tidebuy or make another purchase via PayPal.

I bought 3 bridesmaid dresses from and when they arrived they were straight away not what i had ordered.
A)The colour was not what it was shown to be,
B) the sizes were 2x us8 and 1x us10 and I ordered 1x us8 and 2x us10-the fit is way smaller than this,
C) the quality of the material was poor,
D) there was a lot of loose threads,
E) a lot of very bad stitching and bits coming apart and
F) when dresses were on they bunched and puffed..generally not sitting right.
I instantly emailed to say I was unsatisfied with what I received and I forwarded pictures. At first I found them to be very arrogant but on receiving photo evidence they proceeded to make excuses. I've been hearing excuses ever since.
This company will do anything not to refund you.
I've been left essentially with dresses that I'm unable to use, out of pocket and stressed. I'm very distraught and annoyed that people can get away with this sort of business ethic in this day and age.
My advice is DO NOT BUY cause all you will get is a lighter purse and a very big headache.

I paid to have it custom made but unfortunately the bust is bigger than I asked but they shared half of the tailoring cost with me. I am accepting that, as they have shown that they are willing to follow up on any issue, so i think it's fair in that respect. Dress is beautiful, really love it!
