Very poor

Went for breakfast at 10.00 this morning. Logging in (required apparently) was a ludicrous, prolonged waste of time. Even wanted d.o.b.
Food was tired, putting it poltely. Well actually it was dreadful, sausages dry & seemed as if they had been kept warm for hours, fried eggs appalling, bacon over cooked. No croissants available, coffee warm & tired. Customer service non existent. Had two meals previously, one was not even what I ordered but too late to change as kitchen was closing & got an upset stomach overnight as did my companion who had the same. Bang average pub grub & the breakfasts not in the same league as Beefeater restaurants.
