Poor communication
When tidy comps first took over the Devils raffle it was a live draw, then seems they got bored of doing that so made the draw privately but at least you'd get am email, albeit several days after the draw saying you haven't won but now it seems you don't even get that. I bought several tickets for last weekends joey Martin draw and still have no idea if I won or not. I'm assuming not. Will not be using this site again

I do apologise for the email issue, it was all due to a server error Saturday evening which was out of our control. Our site underwent a server change and it seems that the email plugin within our e-commerce system, which notifies the entrants if they had been successful or not had an issue when all data was being transferred. I have since been made aware that this has now been rectified and should be back to normal. I can only apologise.
With regards to us getting 'bored' with the live draws as you stated. I can only assume that it is you who gets bored and starts writing a lot of assumptions (not facts) !! I can assure you this is something I miss doing as I've spent 35 years In and around Ice Hockey and love the sport.
It was in fact Todd Kellman, Managing Director of the Cardiff Devils who made the decision not to go live, due to the days differing of when the shirts were being drawn. To my understanding, the shirt raffles were never drawn live with the previous company therefore I assume it worked for them best that way.
Again it was Managing Director Todd Kellman who requested we delay emailing the outcome of the draw until they had contacted the winner directly themselves. Therefore on some occasions we were waiting longer than normal to push the emails out. I do however understand your frustration in line with this.
We do advertise the winning number on the website, but on this occasion it would only have been live for a couple of hours due to the server change.
I will pass on your complaint to the Managing Director Todd Kellman regarding this matter and hopefully you can outline your disappointment in HIM AND THE CARDIFF DEVILS for requesting the draws and notifications/emails be done this way.
Normally an email to a company can answer most questions or complaints people have, which in turn could prevent people making wrongful assumptions about the structure of a company and in turn looking silly.
We will remove your account immediately for you.

I'm in favour of local charities and these guys are doing a great job there are some website and Internet issued they need to iron out and sometimes it appears a little unprofessional but I'll keep supporting them and I'm sure things will get better 👍
