First time ordering
This is my first time ordering and they seem like a cool company. I ordered a desk which arrived really quickly. I can't really fault the company for this as its probably more a delivery company problem, but I had an estimated arrival time sent and it was delivered to my neighbour maybe 5 hours earlier than that. The desk looks like lovely quality though, I haven't built it yet but checked it over. Colour is nicer than the photos. Overall a good experience.

Were a bit concerned after placing the order that you use Evri as our local experience is very mixed and we’re concerned that we would not get it for Christmas, but apart from limited updates from the courier, all was fine with the parcel arriving 2 days within the delivery window.

Amazing service on replacement
We had issues with a table we purchased from TidySpaces a few days over 12mths after purchase and the team could not have been more understanding. I emailed them, they asked for some photos of the issue which I sent and they immediately offered a full refund despite not being obliged to do so. I asked whether there was the option for a replacement because we loved the table and they provided this despite the price being higher now than when we bought it.
All of this done in less than 24hrs and the new table arrived 2 days later. Incredible service and we shall be using TidySpaces again, as well as recommending them to everyone we know.

Stunning retro piece
Ordered one day and delivered the next. Very impressed with the speed of dispatch especially as we are not that close . Well packaged and easy to assemble. Looks great in my kitchen/living area. If I was to criticise anything it would be a strong smell of what I think is glue ? From the cabinet but I am leaving the doors open periodically and it seems to be lessening. Would order from this company again.

Sometimes there will be evidence of the workmanship from these hand made pieces of furniture due to containment in packaging, The Stain used can also give of a slight glue smell in some cases but will disperse in time. Hopefully a few days of airing will solve that problem. Overall were really glad you liked the product.
