Very dissatisfied customer
The person who answered my phone call to them was very rude towards me. At first, I asked if he could hear me, as my phone is "temperemental" sometimes, and I couldn't hear the person's voice initially. He said yes, and then asked "How can I help", but I wanted to check if it was "tidyups" who I was calling - as I had never called them before and online information (about a business's contact details) isn't always up-to-date. Instead of answering my question about that, he repeatedly asked me how he could help - with his voice becoming increasingly irritated-sounding and impatient. I then told him that I didn't like or appreciate his tone of voice, to which he responded that if I didn't like it, then I could go find some other place to help me! His attitude problem continued when I tried to defend myself and asked why he was being so difficult with me, and pretty soon I had had more than enough, said "Sorry, I can't handle this. Goodbye!" and ended the call.
In stark contrast, when I tried out another place called Molly Maid, the person who answered my phone call was polite, patient, and understanding.
So, to everyone out there, do yourself a favour and STEER CLEAR OF TIDYUPS! Whoever is running the place and answering phone calls has got a major attitude problem, displays passive-aggressive behaviour, and has got a big ego problem!
