I purchased two fridge freezers a few weeks ago. They were delivered and set up in the kitchen with all packaging removed and taken away. The appliances look great, very smart and very quiet. Thank you.

Ordered a fridge/freezer from…
Ordered a fridge/freezer from TiendaAzul. It took 1 week to arrive and they had sent the wrong colour. I sent it immediately back and they then couldn't tell me if the one I ordered was in stock or not, so I cancelled the order. 1 week later I am still awaiting a refund. I have now read their terms which says it can take 14 days to refund your money. This is crazy! However, the worst part is the lack of customer support. They take at least 1 day to answer by email and live chat is next to useless, however, it has been 3 days since I asked them a question and they still haven't answered. I would avoid at all costs and shop locally if you can.
