This company is a total scam. Asked when I needed the item. Then said they were out of stock. Wouldn't give full refund offered me half. Good job pay pal protects you. Do not buy from them

Ordered 3 vests and ties. Received and they were sized smaller than typical. They provided a return address and I sent next day…3 months ago. No response for replacement or refund after numerous requests. DO NOT BUY. If you want to throw $150 away for nothing I’ll send you my address, you can send it to me.

Absolute frauds! They say they will send you something and then they don’t send it and when you ask for your money back, they tell you just to pick something different instead. Definitely do not buy from these losers!

Ordered from them and it was too big. They keep telling me to pick something else and will not let me return it. They are definitely stealing money from people. I paid 55.00 and will never get that back.

I paid $55 for the vest and tie. And an extra $20 to get it shipped quicker. Get a email 2 days later saying the color was unavailable. I asked for a refund 3 different times. They instead send emails asking about another color. I told them 3 times I don't want another color I want my money back! I'm still waiting on a response a week later! I'm NEVER buying from them again!

Will never buy again! company try to make every excuse in the world to not take this shirt back, they kept coming up with why, why, why? I am just going to eat up the lost for $75, I will never buy anything from them again, lesson learned, just be careful when dealing with overseas companies. 1 Star is too much credit!

I have read many reviews about this company but I have to say I had a great experience with this company. I bought ties for a wedding and the ties are beautiful. I was afraid they would be delivered too late for the wedding but the customer service representative worked with me, did what she said she would do and even sent me a complimentary tie of my choice. In my opinion they were wonderful to deal with!

Completely fraudulent. Defective products. Refuses to accept returns. They hang up when calling the number on the package. Act as if the company does not exist. Refuses to say if they represent the company or not

Don't recommend buying from this company. They sent 1 cufflink instead of 2 AND it was broken! I have sent several messages and emails with ZERO help. The only msg I received was telling me to be patient after 1 week of no response. Now PROM IS OVER and my son was unable to use the Entire outfit that I PAID FOR!!! Terrible customer service. I demanded a refund but have received nothing not even an apology......

Ordered a vest and tie combo. They emailed me and said it would be late (passed when I need it by) I responded to email and told them to cancel the order. They did not. When it arrived I tried to send another email to send it back and I have gotten no response.

If you order from this company, allow an extraordinary amount of time. Orders come from Wuhan, China. If you have a problem and need to return or exchange, good luck. They take days to answer any emails. Their policies on their website differ from their practices. I followed their sizing chart but the item was too small. I requested a return authorization and a shipping label to do an exchange, since the website says customers only pay shipping once. It took 6 weeks to get this straightened out and I had to pay $20 extra for Fedex delivery, despite the fact that the website gives an option for UPS for $15, to get the exchange on time. I argued that I shouldn’t have to pay to expedite the exchange since I followed their sizing chart but it fell on deaf ears. I would not recommend this company because it is not worth the hassles if you do have any problems. There is no toll free phone number to talk with customer service.

This business is a total scam. I ordered priority shipping, spent $50 dollars and they claimed the bow tie wasnt available so I ordered from a different site. Then I asked for a refund, and they are refusing to refund me. stay away from this business at all costs.

I read a number of very bad reviews and was very skeptical about placing an order. But I have to say I received my order just as they said it would come. I paid $20.00 for expedited shipping because I was leaving on a cruise. The shipment came in 6 day and it quality is very nice. So, at this point I would buy again.

Ordered a tie and vest combo and got an email saying it was out of stock and that I would not be receiving it, and they refused to issue me a refund. Big scam. Stay away. Never got my money back and never recieved the tie or vest.

Never got my order and I send email and they don’t answer never order again

Ordering a tie set on Oct 1/22 for my daughter's wedding Oct 15/22. Paid an extra $20 for expedited delivery. It took over 4 days to get the tie to FEDEX which was then lost once it arrived in Memphis customs. Customer service is almost non-existent taking over 3-4 days to receive a response. Still have not received the tie and no response from customer service after 4 days.

O ordered a tie and cufflink set in early August this year. 2022. The order was completed and my card was charged. Waited 4 weeks, sent an inquiry to customer service as to the status of delivery. It did state please allow 30 days.

3 days later reply from Customer Service. They stated we're unable to track the order. Provided full name, address, email; address, telephone number, and item sku. Odd. Card charged and transaction confirmation.
Week later I get an email from them asking to complete a satisfaction survey. Odd. Found me ??

Very disappointed, the tie set was for my son's wedding and left shopping last minute.
Seven weeks now and no response. Buyer Beware.

Awful! Do not order from them. You won’t get your order and it’s impossible to get refunded. Definitely a scam. I placed an order beginning of September and still have not received anything but hassle from them. The even has passed I needed the vest and tie for. Even paid for expedited shipping. I asked for order to be canceled three weeks ago and was told it can’t because it shipped. Still nothing. Every email asking for refund says the same thing…they will give me free product for the issues. I have been requesting a refund and I believe I am now out the money.
