10/10 customer service and product quality. Andrew and his team are just incredible. He went above and beyond to help us get the right ties for the boys in our family for my wedding. Honestly do not think twice about ordering you won’t be disappointed. Excellent service and arrived the next day. Seamless!

This is going to sound bad, but I was a little dubious when I placed my order with Ties Planet (it was too good to be true; I ordered two pairs of BB socks). But oh my goodness, was I wrong.
I placed the order and the socks arrived the next day. The NEXT day. Earlier than they were meant to arrive.
The website was incredibly easy to use, and with such competitive prices it was really difficult to make a decision which socks to buy! Reading the other reviews, I am gutted that I didn't have any issues so I didn't get the opportunity to get in touch with customer service (what a ridiculous complaint, right?) as it sounds like the team (Andrew) is amazing,
Anyways, cannot wait to buy more socks from this treasure trove of a website that I found! Thank you :)

Excellent service, prompt delivery, great quality and value for money

Fantastic customer services. I needed help to match a tie to a pair of socks that I required. Andrew not only responded while out of the office, then followed up by checking 1st thing when he was back in the office. I was very impressed with the response and service. Would defiantly be using again and recommending to anyone. Thank you.

I ordered quite a few ties, bowties, and pocket squares from this company for our wedding. The price was brilliant, the quality excellent, the colour perfect, and the delivery was superfast. I could not have got a better customer experience if I tried. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for ties or wedding accessories.

I recently ordered 6 ties for my wedding, and had a fantastic experience with Ties Planet.

Firstly, the website was easy to use and navigate, and then I also received a discount for buying in bulk.

The ties arrived promptly and I was very happy with the style and quality. The colour was slightly lighter than I had expected, but this wasn't a problem as I contacted the guys at Ties Planet and they allowed me to exchange them for some slightly darker ones very quickly and easily.

The customer service was excellent and I was thoroughly impressed by the person emails from Andrew at TP.

I received my exchanged ties shortly afterwards and couldn't rate the service highly enough.

I'll definitely use Ties Planet in the future and would urge others to do so as well, 10/10 would recommend.

I emailed this company just over a week ago to ask for swatches in two different shades of blue so I could see which matched the best against our bridesmaids dresses. Within 24 hours of our response from Andrew we had received the swatches and were so pleased with the customer service we decided to purchase ties and pocket squares in royal blue last weekend. We received our package today and are so pleased with the quality of the ties and squares. What I want to say is a big thank you for making wedding purchases so easy! It was an absolute pleasure to buy from you and I would 100% recommend TiesPlanet to anyone! Reasonable prices and offers, excellent delivery and fabulous quality

Excellent customer service. Andrew was very helpful when it came to answering my questions about the different Merino wool socks they sold. I was very happy with his recommendations and have since placed a second order with them.

I recently ordered a tie pin from Ties Planet but there was a problem with my order. The customer service agent answered my emails swiftly and arranged for a full refund, after I returned the item. The refund was processed swiftly and they always kept me informed. Can't fault the service. Would use again.

Outstanding service.
1. Their ties are quality and get plenty of positive comments from work colleagues.
2. They ship immediately and ties arrive within a couple of days.
3. I wasn't happy with the width of one tie and asked if I could swap it. It was a slightly convoluted swap as the tie being returned was part of a special 3 for £40 deal whereas the replacement wasn't. Anyway, long story short, they got back to me immediately and sent the replacement, no questions asked. This is how customer service should be.
