I recently had to use Taurus Insurance Services and file a claim through their online portal (tiga.taurus.claims). While setting up the policy was easy enough, the actual claims process has been an absolute nightmare.What should have been a straightforward submission turned into a highly frustrating loop of delays, confusing requirements, and lack of clear communication. Trying to track the status or get a direct update leaves you feeling completely ignored. An insurance company is only as good as its claims handling when things go wrong, and right now, Taurus Insurance is failing to deliver. I would think twice before relying on them for your gadget or travel coverage needs.
