I had an excellent experience with TigerStones, thanks especially to Ayo, who supported me throughout the entire engagement ring process. From our first online consultation, she was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different types of rings, the pros and cons of each option, and walked me through choices around gold and stones including moissanite, lab-grown, and natural diamonds in a way that was easy to understand.

What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about helping me get the best possible ring within my budget rather than simply pushing a sale. The whole process felt smooth and well organised from start to finish, and I always felt confident in the decisions I was making because of her guidance.

The ring itself exceeded my expectations, and the turnaround time was much quicker than I anticipated, arriving over a month earlier than expected. I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service I received.

Excellent service! The communication with the team is clear. Informative and very helpful. My partner loves her ring. Initially I thought, the stone size was too small but she it was perfect!

My only recommendation is that stone size on the website should change along with the images. It will help calm the nerves and picking the right size. But I will order again of necessary

The two owners showed genuine care and enthusiasm and this put me at ease throughout the entire process. I received my ring in March but wanted to wait until the proposal to my now fiancée before I gave my review. For anyone who is looking to purchase a ring from them, I would recommend them 10/10 times. The ring was stunning and the attention to detail is something you don’t always find. Will definitely be coming back for future business as great service in the day and age is hard to come by.
