Awful experience - even worse customer service
Awful experience. Ordered through ebay and firstly sent the wrong item, as per their own refunds policy I messaged them to ask for a return code, no response. I emailed them directly, again no response. The only response I had from them since ordering was this automated email asking me to leave a response. After giving up on them to get back to me, I just went ahead and followed the eBay return process and guess what, they didn't process the refund. I had to get eBay involved just to get my money back. Zero customer service and wasn't even impressed with the quality of their shorts either, definitely avoid Tigon
