Fake company
Fake company. I ordered one product on May 29 and after 01 week my order has not been sent. I tried to contact the customer center, but nobody replied.
PS: when I ordered, it said my purchase would be delivered in 3 business days!. One week later, it is still processing.
I don't recommend it. I am feeling so frustrated.

I recently had the misfortune to use Tigoo to make a purchase for 3 bottles of eau de toilette and be taken in with their ‘1-2 days delivery time’ only to find that the ‘in stock’ products I ordered were out of stock and unavailable.
NINE DAYS after placing my order I decided to contact Tigoo ‘support’ who replied that my order was ‘still being processed’ and my items ‘would arrive soon’!
I then repeated in 3 separate messages that I wanted to ‘cancel my order asap’ only to be ignored! Obviously ‘customer service’ at Tigoo is in name only?
This is a deplorable company that falsely advertises stock levels, delivery times and their “14-day return policy”, another fake promise that Tigoo thinks is acceptable.
This was the first but definitely the last time I’ll ever use Tigoo. I should have read the reviews online which clearly indicate the worst a company has to offer and I will go elsewhere to buy the fragrances I need.
AVOID and use a company with real stock levels and a customer service that understands a customer’s needs, and doesn’t use delaying tactics to wait for the stock to arrive!
