Excellent quality furniture. This is my second vanity unit from Tikamoon. Designed to last and enjoy. Service also excellent. Highly recommend this company

Fake warranty, extreme low quality furnitures

Beware of the company,

We got some furnitures from them which they suppose to have 5years warranty and with in 1-2 years just with normal wear and tear they start falling apart, and by falling apart I mean drawers falling, de attach from the clue that holds them etc,

We contact them multiple times and as you can imagine they don't even bother to respond.

So beware that what ever you get from them within few years will start falling apart and the warranty that they advertise around is just to miss lead people.

Excellent product and delivery

Easy to order, communication was excellent and bathroom sink cabinet was delivered in 10 days by BJS who were fantastic and delivered it to a room of my choice. Well packaged and as soon as I opened it I was delighted. Really well made and lovely colour. I would definitely order again. It’s good to find quality ready built furniture delivered by a reliable courier.

Super quality product

Super quality product. I am delighted with my cabacera! The only problem was that the two young strong men who delivered it refused to carry it up to my bedroom when I am an elderly woman alone in the house. I was fortunate to have two workmen at the house about two weeks later who took it upstairs for me.

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service. Website easy to use, items clearly described. The item was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, we believe, during transit the mirror got shattered. It’s was heartbreaking when we opened the package to see the mirror totally shattered. I called them and straight away a very efficient and kind lady answer my call. Immediately after I had an email from Tikamoon Customer Services apologising for the inconvenience and giving me a refund. I’m very thankful to them for the speedy resolution and excellent customer services.
I would buy from them again undoubtedly.

Very slow and inaccurate delivery times...

Very slow and inaccurate delivery times. We ordered a bathroom vanity which unfortunately had changed from a 10 day lead time to 'within 6 weeks', which put us near the end of our bathroom install. Unfortunately it ended up being longer which inconvenienced us and the installer who had to return at a later date to complete the job. I did contact customer service as the expected delivery kept moving later and later and they were of no use and not very apologetic, instead trying to imply that the expected delivery was within 6 weeks - which it definitely wasn't. The website tracking said shipping imminent for a long period of time so not exactly helpful.

We also ordered a mirror in a separate order and the delivery updates and tracking were also very poor.

The positive is that both items appear to be good quality and we love the look of them. If they can improve their shipping and customer service then I would use this company again.

Unfair customer service

I used to rate TIKAMOON back in the day but please be aware that neither the quality of the product is or the customer service is matching the prices they charge.
I bought a unit for my new flat months ago which came with a big crack. They gave me back “some” money, though a tiny proportion, for the faulty unit.
However what happened is the crack got worse and now not full functioning.
They are refusing to do anything about it even though it’s still within the 5yr guarantee, purely because they have me some money back in the first place. So I either pay them back or nothing happens. This is absurd, as the time and inconvenience isn’t being take into account and that small discount should and is tiny remedy for that.
Avoid at all costs.

When the issue was first reported, a partial refund was agreed as a contribution towards a local repair to prevent the crack from worsening. As this repair was not carried out, the damage has unfortunately progressed over time.

That said, we are absolutely committed to resolving this for you. As part of your guarantee, we have offered a full replacement of the unit. The only condition is the reimbursement of the initial repair contribution, as this was provided specifically for work that was not completed.

We appreciate that this may feel inconvenient, however this approach ensures a fair resolution and allows us to provide you with a brand new item.

NOT SOLID OAK

NOT SOLID OAK. BEWARE

Bought a sideboard that was listed as solid oak. It wasn't. It's all veneered ply and has been completely missold. The only part that is solid is the top. Not only that it arrived weeks late and damaged. The damage had clearly been done prior to delivery and badly repaired as you could see the dried glue underneath.

I complained to tikamoon, they stated that I missed a part in the description about the wood which describes it accurately. that specific part stated the doors are veneered ply, the rest is solid.

Incorrect. The only part that's solid was the top. All for £1500. You are not getting solid woods for your money.

Offered me a ridiculous 10 percent refund for a damaged item plus ply wood advertised as solid oak.

Chinese bought items cleverly marketed. Not worth the money .

I'd strongly recommend that you describe your items properly. I.e not solid wood, although unlikely that will happen as you'll lose sales in favour of more bad reviews, not sustainable unfortunately.

Better than we hoped!

Everything on the Tikamoon website looks high quality. We choose a console and hoped it would be as good as it looked. The website did not do it justice, it's so lovely and beautifully made, we are thrilled with it. Customer service was great too.

It was very easy to order, and all the customer service via the chat has been first rate. Lucie (and all the other customer service agents I chatted with) was very helpful, and prompt in dealing with my query. Its one of the most friendly customer services I've ever dealt with.

Best quality wooden furniture 💙

I have already purchased other pieces of furniture from Tikamoon in the past, these beautiful bedside tables are the latest addition and they look amazing in my new bedroom.
I highly recommend this company if you are looking for good quality and very well made wooden furniture which will last for ever.
Well worth the money spent.
Also I would like to mention the extremely well packed boxes they came with. Excellent overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The product took a long time to arrive…

The product took a long time to arrive which is why 4 stars. The quality of the product is excellent but didn't realise how heavy it would be - 72kg !!! Which has dented our wooden floor and to pull out the extension leaf would require 3 people to avoid further damage to floor.

Amount of Packing Ridiculoud

Chair is quality
But the amount of packaging for an OAP to deal with is just ridiculous . They need to offer an unpack and rubbish dispose service before I would use them again .

I know they will reply regurgitating protection etc etc but they seriously need t ok look at overall service
