Horrible service

Horrible service. They confirmed the building is serviceable. Took payment and told to order a router and then at the time of installation said service isn’t possible due to location. No info on refund. Stuck with a non returnable router. Horribly poor process.

incompetent in resolving complaint, dishonest by refusing to refund

This company provides the worst kind of service. I had taken a 12 year plan. After a couple of months of normal service, internet was getting disconnected for 1 to 2 hours daily. On repeated complaints for months, they could not resolve the issues. Then another problem started. My VPN was getting blocked whenever i connect to Tikona broadband. i complained for months, attnded 4-5 customer care calls to resolve the problem but they could not. After i requested to discontinue my service and refund the advance for the unused period, they refused.
Don't ever take a long term prepay plan or your money will be wasted, you will get worst possible service and you will be harassed by their customer care calls in the name of resolving your complaint. They will not entertain your request to discontinue their service, will not refund your money, will not resolve your complaint.

Worst service by tikona broadband team.
Thier sales team only focus on business but not service, they always offer you long term discounted Price, so that customer pay them yearly amount in one go, once amount paid, thier target completed, they dont mind whether thier fitter doing correct job or not, they dont mind where customer getting net speed or not, even you try to connect with thier sales team, they will never respond.

Guys never opt Tikona broadband, its worst in terms of speed and service both.

I am doing followup from last 4 months…

I am doing followup from last 4 months regarding collection of tikona adapter.
I have send approximate 25-30 emails and spoke with 35-40 customer care excutive. I always get same reply from customer care executive that wait for some more days, highlighted issue, etc.
I really dont understand why there is delay in this process while asset is yours and i am doing followup with your company. As a company perspective, you dont value your assets.

They are worst service provider,

They are worst service provider,, just make a mistake by opt this. I am facing internet issue from last one month after so many complain they came up with that there is service in this area anymore. So my money got waisted they said they will refund but they don't give u update when u call cc there auto devise says they are working on your problem u can't even reach them.

The worst service provider in the world.

The worst service provider in the world.

Please don't use services of tikona.

Worst service experiance after renewal

Worst service experiance after renewal. Speed is not getting properly as well as no technitian visit when you register tickets. As well as they take 4-5 days to fix the issues when they promise for 48 hours resolve timings.

Getting TIKONA internet is the worst…

Getting TIKONA internet is the worst thing you can do to yourself. They really are a bunch of losers, cheats and liars, because:
1. You will never get the promised speed. literally NEVER.
2. For a 30-day connection, expect availability of internet for not more than 18 days at best. And there is nothing they will do to make up for it, EVER.
3. Most importantly, when you ask them to stop your service, they won't. And then they will generate unnecessary bills for at least 2 months from the point you start shouting, calling and writing emails for the closure (mostly because you are so frustrated with their service). And if you don't pay these fake bills, they will harass you. just forget about deposits.

Please don't waste your money, Very bad customer service.. frequent disconnection,even after complaining, got msg that issue has been fixed but there no internet for a whole day.
They are fully looters, cheaters, and liars in terms of services provider.

Worst ISP ever

Worst ISP ever, their technician doesn't even know how to install a new connection properly, they took power of my internet connection (mine only) from someone's else house which was on 13th floor and whenever he closes his power cable my internet goes off and this happened every night random time and then it use to start working during morning hours at random time, sometime my internet is off for a whole day and their support team didn't know what the issue is + their support team is carp and very slow in response + their connection got lot of packet loss and high ping spike... Such crap ISP, please avoid it. I had no option as my new place got only this IPS connection or else I would have never go with TIKONA

Please do not buy - my true experience

I took tikona service after seeing so many bad reviews, reason being there is no other internet service provider in my area.
I was using mobile hotspot (Jio connection) for 6 months and there was never a problem.
Tikona internet -- either there will no internet connection at all or the speed will be so slow that you will not be able to work or there will be frequent internet disruptions.
You can go for it for doing time pass watching cat and dog videos, but if you want to do any real work related like client calls, presentations... please do not waste your money and time on this hopeless internet connection.
My advise is you either check for other internet service providers or if your mobile internet is working-- use mobile hotspot (yes the cost will be slightly higher, but it is worth)

That was one of the worst experience of…

That was one of the worst experience of my life to activate the Tikona internet connection.

Speed was very low and even I couldn't open YouTube in my smart TV.

They charged 3200 something for 6 months for 10MBps plan but never received 10MBps.

Once my 6 months completed I request them to deactivate my connection but no response from the team or advisors and I got a letter from their team that I have to pay 1137 rupees as a due amount while I was not using the internet for 4 months.

A lawer caled me and strictly ask me to pay the fine otherwise they will put some charges under some acts.

Still I paid the desired amount what they wanted to pay but again no NOC or confirmation from the team that my connection is deactivated or not.

Very very disappointed from Tikona team and I'll never ever recommend to anyone..

1. False commitment by the installation guy.  He said I will get 24 hours internet. But there is no internet during a power cut. Even after having my own UPS.

2. Charged 2000 rupees more than the official rate. saying you will get 24/7 internet if you buy your own machine.

3. Said you will get 40MBPS speed. But getting only 15MBP upload speed.

4. Reaching customer care is a nightmare. It's impossible to talk to a customer care executive.

5. Their customer care asks for Tikona User ID even for a new customer. How stupid!

6. Their android app is another garbage.

If you want to waste your valuable time and money, then you must try this stupid broadband service.
