Extremely Poor Customer Support – Unresolved $70,000 Issue
I am extremely disappointed with TikTok’s customer support and their complete failure to address my issue. As a Level 43 gifter, I have spent over $200,000 on the platform, yet I am being ignored when I need help the most.
Here’s what happened:
• I received a refund of $255, but my account was deducted $70,000.
• I contacted TikTok support multiple times, requesting a breakdown of this discrepancy. Instead of providing a proper explanation, they closed my ticket without resolving the issue.
• I reached out to PayPal, and they confirmed that only $255 was refunded. There is no record of any additional refunds, meaning TikTok’s claim is false.
• Now, my money is gone, and TikTok refuses to answer my questions.
I have tried everything—submitting multiple tickets, asking for escalation, and even explaining that I followed all official payment methods through TikTok’s website. Yet, support keeps closing my requests without an actual resolution.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a platform that relies on user transactions. The lack of transparency and accountability in handling large sums of money is alarming. If TikTok does not resolve this, I will escalate this matter further through legal action, public complaints, and payment disputes.
To anyone considering spending money on TikTok—be careful. If something goes wrong, their support will ignore you, even if you’ve spent thousands.
