TikTok 

I created my tiktok account through an instagram* or twitter when that login was an option, then it was removed.

I have no way of accessing my account and since no email or phone is associated with it I have ZERO methods of resetting my password. believe me i acutally tried all my common passwords and emails even phone number knowing well i never added any of them....

so i got onto their customer care... surely when a human operator seeings my situation they'll be able to fix it up right quick!

.....I have been explaining this to them since MARCH 2 months back now and every single time its the same.
I prove I am who I say I am with data and screenshots of other socials.

an automated bot reads my request back to me, says its going to send my message to a team.

THEN a bot replies with instructs telling me to

LOG. into. my account. that i have zero access to and carefully explained many times i can not access.

I've replied to emails
I've sent requests
I've even sent a GDPR request for my data to be deleted and that end date is ticking.

my request is ultra super reasonable. i just want access to my account or have it deleted.

since i can't access it. just delete it.

and yet they keep spinning me in circles ignoring what i am saying and telling me to "just login"

at one point i reached a human operator who explained and confirmed there is no email or phone number on the account and they can not add this in themselves. the human operator suggested deleting the account.

THEN. when i finally get someone to acknowledge my delete request. they say they can not do it on their side and sent me a link to do it.

....and guess what? the link requires me to be signed in. SIGNED IN. to delete my account. that i can not access at all.

so i can't ask them to delete my account
and i can't ask them to give me access to my account
and every single time i speak to them a mindless bot tells me to login in to delete my account.

I've been at them since March 2026 2 solid months.

I just want my account deleted. if i could have recovered it i'd of been happy to keep it, but now i just want it removed

TikTok is the worst company. They are extremely discriminatory, and I believe they are Chinese agents who only support Chinese people while discriminating against US citizens.

They have come up with bogus violations after I provided valid government documents, including videos of passports, business registrations, and tax IDs. Despite this, they keep saying it is not enough and continue to reject the documentation because they are adamant about following their discriminatory process.

These people need to be shut down. The right authorities should take action against these imbecile morons who are ignorant of the facts. The facts are right there, yet they keep ignoring them to satisfy their evil agenda.

I have been shut down along with so many other small businesses because they discriminate against us while only promoting Chinese businesses and others engaged in their evil intent. This process of scaling up is not good. These people are bad actors who need to be reported. The government should intervene and shut them down immediately.

Impossible Facebook signup process. I tried creating an account with mobile number but was then refused access to a live event as it would not accept I was over 18. I then tried to join using my Facebook account, which would prove my age, only to find that process has broken pages and does not send the email confirmation code required to confirm my account. For a billion dollar company this is as stupid as it gets. Giving up on tiktok and reporting this to the auction seller via another site that they use.

I was watching a couple and they were dancing and being funny, so I commented that they were clowns with a clear laughing emoji - Guess what? I got a strike for that, for a joke

I regret even joining them, if I had known they were this frivolous, I wouldn’t have bothered but this has now affected me getting a second strike today of which I understand and should be my first, not the joke that happened 9/11/24

Not sure why my support ticket was closed without any proper solution provided. ARA and NERO handled my case, but they kept sending the same template responses instead of actually addressing the issue.

My problem is simple: I still cannot use the “Add to Story” feature for my posted videos. I highlighted multiple concerns and asked whether this was an account restriction or settings issue, but no clear explanation or solution was given.

The support team was not attentive and the whole experience felt very unprofessional. I was even planning to run paid ads on TikTok, but this level of customer support seriously damages confidence in the platform.

I decided to get publicised by Tiktok by paying. I chose the option “more followers.

First I received a very low response and when I wanted to check some profiles I could see that all the profiles that followed me, liked my video were all profiles either without photos or empty profiles or with some photos just to appear as a profile. So I realise that Tiktok itself doesn’t do any advertising also because the same profiles didn’t visit my profile. I will file a complaint against Tiktok itself. In addition, they removed more than 100 followers that I had of my real ones and they left me at 41 followers.

Account going round asking people to take a selfie to prove there real then using ai to remove there clothes and spreading them about threatening them and wanting money

I don't remember when TikTok started. It was a happy place for children and dancing. When you open TikTok today, they're all only violence. Only violence and things that need views, sadly. The more things that need views, they will create more content that creates more views. All the people that are in the situation of their life, this negativity, they suffer from everything else. Sadly, the owners of TikTok are just enjoying their money.

i literally cannot type anything. every comment gets blocked. i never type anything hateful, offensive, racist or anything remotely close to that and yet so many comments just don't go through. i despise this app. every other streaming app is better, twitch, kick, youtube... id rather watch streams on gmail than this chinese trash

the goverment should really do something about this, i know they banned it for like 12 hours or something like that but that doesnt count, they dont have a backbone, immeaditely backed down

Their policy and ToS is a utter joke and their moderation team doesn’t even follow it theirselves. TikTok has become a soft and woke place where they’re notorious for removing comments which in fact doesn’t go against their «ToS».
Report system is a joke where obvious violent and porn videos doesn’t get removed and they proceed to claim they didn’t find anything wrong with the video.

Literally the dumbest laziest people. They cannot read and understand issues. They will copy and paste solutions that have nothing to do with your problem. They should all be fired. I've had so many tickets closed by them with an incorrect resolution, just for me to keep creating more tickets. Example, when my violation was over turned but I still had the restrictions In place.

No freedom of speech and they block/ban your videos for no reason at all. They once banned me from commenting for using the puke emoji. I left a comment on a video of something gross so I commented the puke emoji and they banned me from commenting for 3 days. I also have been trying to sell tshirts and my videos keep getting blocked for somehow violating community guidelines. They won't even tell you what you did wrong. When you try to appeal there's no way for you to even write anything or communicate to explain anything. All you can do is click appeal. Then of course it immediately gets denied with no explanation other than it "violated community guidelines" even though it didn't. I'm pretty sure that my shirt videos kept getting banned because one of them had a picture of a guy smoking a cigarette on it. Yet there's videos of people getting beat up and assaulted and basically fully naked women showing almost everything. Somehow that's ok but a unrealistic T-shirt picture is not. Screw this pos app. Forget 0 stars. I would give negative stars if I could.

TikTok is a social network that encourages theft and thieves of video materials, while punishing creators who have their own high-quality content. I have a lot of videos stolen from YouTube and re-uploaded without my consent by various users specialized in such practices. Following my complaints to TikTok, they decided to punish me, the victim, even though the stolen materials contain an audio and text watermark with my name, and I have also provided proof that they belong to me. Thus, TikTok favor theft and thieves, not honest users.

Worst company on the history of humanity ,support is full of ai slop that don’t even know what your talking about,their ai doesn’t even have the brain of a 2 years old ,I’ve reported someone impersonating me but they never cared even my family and friends and followers reported them through their web ,app,emails literally anything you can think about,they just keep sending the same automated messages ,no matter what we do ,since oracle bought TikTok ,they made it the worst social media in history

Horrible I try to use Tik Tok it's a bully platform I actually had to get rid of mine cus I'm autistic and Tik Tok let me be bullied by all other users yesterday I went and deactivated cus if you saw some of the comments left for me you be horrified people literally bash me just for an opinion id only use this if I want to be bullied cus that my experience terrible

Bought a car phone holder off Yesfover which was useless, they have refused a return label refused to refund and tictok dispute team are just as bad, basically there are withholding my money on product that is faulty which I want a refund for but they think it ok to keep your money regardless and keep you hanging, disgusting sales standards from tictok way behind eBay and Amazon who wouldn't dream of stealing from you,

I wish I can give TikTok Shop 0 stars. I'm a frequent customer on TikTok Shop and I had a TikTok balance of $63 and change sitting in my account for a while. I returned an item and asked them to refund my money back to my original form of payment which was my debit card but for some reason TikTok took it upon themselves and put it back as a TikTok balance and they need to stop doing that becauae that is my money that needed to be refunded back onto my debit card. Twice I tried to purchase items from them and it said I had to enter a pin# which I couldn't for the life of me remember setting up. Well, anyways since I couldn't remember pin# it gave me an option to change pin# which would not allow me to do. I tried several times to change pin# since I couldn't remember the original pin# and it said to contact support which I did and after almost an hour waiting for them to resolve it they couldn't do anything for me but escalate it to another dept which will contact me within 24- 48 hrs to help resolve the situation. I just don't understand why a simple thing as changing your pin# is going to take up to 48 hrs. Meanwhile I have items sitting in my cart that I needed to purchase asap. I'm not happy with TikTok shop and after this fiasco I will stop purchasing items from their store. It shouldn't be this hard to access your money when you need it because it sure doesn't take them long to charge your card after you make a purchase.

TikTok is getting worse and worse. My personal stickers get banned for absolutely no reason. Even worse, I paid a lot of money for advertising, and it was a complete waste of money – 0 views and 0 likes. You pay them, and you get nothing in return. I constantly have to file appeals and complaints. Honestly, I doubt real people even work there. It feels like everything is run by broken bots. Unacceptable!
