I ordered a 120£ bracelet but received some other cheap parts instead. After contacting the seller he promised to send the correct item but I never received it and got no response either. Thank to paypal I got most of my money back but still had the costs for packaging and tax. Very bad customer experience, stay away at all costs!

Don’t order from these folks! Twill not deliver nor answer your email. Major scammers!

I placed an order on February 18th. The item was claimed to have been dispatched on February 22nd.

The Royal Mail tracking has never been updated since the item was supposedly sent.

I have sent 3 emails to TikTok and 1 to their sister company Watchseek.com. All emails have been ignored.

I can only assume at this point this is no longer a legitimate company.

Ordered a few parts for a G-Shock and one of them did not fit despite being advertised as compatible. I complained and was offered a refund. I returned the item and not heard anything since despite chasing. I now have no part or my refund.

Placed an order for 2 x Casio items and only received one of the items. Have emailed them repeatedly for the last two weeks and even filled their own online feedback form and nothing. No acknowledgement, apology or refund. Absolutely appalling company to deal with - or not as the communication has been one way - so do not waste your money with them go to Maddisons or another supplier if you want Casio parts and avoid TikTox completely.

Ordered replacement band 2 weeks ago and no updates since then. Sent few emails if order is even shipped.

Sent wrong bezel 3 times in total.

First order they got wrong twice, but eventually supplied me with the right one. I put this down to an unfortunate mistake. Ordered another. The wrong bezel - again!

Mailed them 3 times clearly showing they'd sent the wrong thing. Presumably they thought of me as a troublesome customer (rather than someone who just wants the right item I actually ordered), and now they are ignoring my emails. So I'm stuck with the wrong bezel and they've lost a customer forever - a real lose-lose situation all round.

Won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a used watch because Tiktox site was showing they had 2 bezels in stock which would make the watch look new.
Ordered on 23rd August. Still no item on 1st September so I emailed asking if it had been shipped, no reply.
Emailed again on 2nd September and got a refund an hour later. No correspondence what so ever, just a refund.
Now I have the watch but am unable to replace the bezel so very unhappy.

Wouldn't of bought the watch if I knew I couldn't source a new bezel.

Awful company with even worse customer service.

Brilliant service and excellent value, wish I'd found tiktox earlier as all casio pro trek watch owners will tell you. Brilliant watches but straps sometimes need replacing. Will defo remember in future.

Have placed a few orders from Tiktox and never been let down. I've now decided they'll be my go to for anything G-Shock/Casio related. Excellent prices, super fast delivery and easy to use website, what's not to like.

I cannot praise Tiktox highly enough. I needed a resin strap end for my Casio Wave Ceptor bracelet, which is no longer manufactured, and I had given up hope of finding one and wearing my watch again. Tiktox asked me for photographs of what I needed, which I provided, and, given the total lack of availability I had experienced in searching, I didn't expect to hear anything more. However, they absolutely came up trumps, and managed to find one, the location of which is totally immaterial. It was sent to me, complete with a brand new bracelet. I asked for an invoice for the goods to which they replied, 'We're just glad we were able to do this for you'. What a refreshing business acumen, praiseworthy indeed.

I ordered a replacement DW-6900 strap and bezel from Tiktox for my 25 year old DW-6630b on a Saturday evening and by Monday I received an update email from Meryem informing me the items had been shipped and I was provided with full tracking details. The strap and bezel arrived the very next day.
The original casio replacement parts were the cheapest I could find on the internet, plus TikTox also provided fast free tracked shipping!
I cannot recommend TikTox and Meryem highly enough.

I ordered a watch strap from Amazon for my g shock. It was shonky and the watch pin holes were in the wrong places! Being in New Zealand, we have limited supplies of casio products, not to mention THE EXHORBITANT COSTS of imported goods.
I decided to look online, and found TIKTOX. Meryem, the proprietor, was helpful,prompt and efficient. She responded immediately and on the very comprehensive website , I was able to get the exact genuine item ( not a cheap knock off which didn't even fit) I was able to track the product from the UK and I am wearing it now. I can verify the items are in perfect condition.

High prices and shipping was a mess. You pay same price of a Quick shipping and they send packages with ordinary shipping...

Received my goods quickly but there were the main pieces that I needed missing. Contacted them and they said would send the parts I needed. Two weeks and three e-mails to them later and I am still waiting. They are now not answering my e-mails. Stay away from them.
